It is very difficult running online business from Nigeria with regard to receiving money.

I try using PayPal Nigeria to process orders in my Shopify and Woocommerce stores.
But kept getting error message that my purchase can not be completed at this time.

Then I decided to contact PayPal regarding the issue.
Now see what PayPal said below.

"We truly appreciate your interest in using the PayPal service to receive money. At this time, the receive money service is still unavailable in Nigeria due to our compliance with your local financial regulations. I hope you understand that we need to comply with your local financial regulations in order to continue providing online payment service in your country"

From reply from PayPal, I think it is no longer PayPal that is restricting PayPal Nigeria from receiving money. But our government.

So I want use this platform to appeal to the federal government to please allow PayPal to enable the "Receive Money" feature of PayPal Nigeria.

This will make life easy for us that are doing genuine businesses online in Nigeria.

There is. But you will have to request for it. And before you can request for the card, there must be some money in your account.

For your second question,
there is an option to add your bank account now. From there, you can withdraw your money straight to your local bank account.

It is a welcome development. But it hasn't been personally confirmed

Your account is ready, and you can start using it to receive payment.
Payoneer have changed their mode of operation regarding the card.
They no longer send it as before.

Unlike sum1 i met here who feels he knows it all and thinks he is a guru. I met this person here early march last year and we spoke and exchanged ideas at length for about 2 to 3months. I had my stripe account setup and willingly showed him exactly how i did it, with a blueprint of my information. All this i did with an open heart for free not feeling like a boss or a guru.

Guess what? He started feeling like a god who knows all things and everything forgetting that no man knows it all, where one's knowledge ends, is where sum1 else's begins.

The next time i spoke to him was in November and he asked for ID. Really?.... After re-introducing myself, he claims not to recall.

Moral:
*Nobody knows it all, guys.
*And the sky is big enough for all the birds to fly and soar in. (You can't make sum1 else's money with yours.)
*Learn and be a blessing unto others.
*Be HUMBLE.

You don't need to worry about PayPal since Payoneer is supported. You can withdraw your money from Teepublic to your Payoneer account.

Is something wrong or they take their time to accept designs?

Amazon manually check each uploaded design to make sure comply their policies.

Hello, Please have you now sort out the issue of accepting payments from Shopify as a Nigerian.

I figured out Stripe late last year.
However, we had some issues with Stripe and decided to stop using it.
So the search still continues.

Honestly, the thing tire me.
Too many challenges operating online biz from Nigeria.

But there is no giving up.
It will have to be done no matter how hard and long it takes.

The Payoneer account is not the problem.
So I think you can still use it.
If you decide to reapply, make it simple.
Try changing the pattern to make it different from the previous applications so they won't know it is still you.

If nothing works, then do not worry.
Amazon is not the only option.
You can find success with other POD sites.

Concerning your request to open the account for you, I'm not sure it will be possible because it is against their rules

I haven't signed up to Redbubble. At least not yet.
But in this case, the best thing you can do is to Cancel your account. That way, your datas will be removed from their system.
Then you can sign up again and choose the ACH Bank Transfer.

It simply means an image without a background.
That is, the background of your design will be removed so that only the text and photo of your design will show.
