Rant mood
I am the only ttc mama in my area, everyone is getting pregnant and birthing
I am the only ttc among my married friends, dey were all present at my wedding and were not married then.

I am sick and tired of using drugs and bn confused by doctors, one doctor sed its pcos, tho i don't have any sympton, gynea checked result and sed it's not valid, but he will treat hyperprolactemia first before proceeding for his own treatment.
Now i don't know who is right among the two

God should pls overlook all medical reports and give us what we as are asking for..

Read your bible and draw all the strength you need from it. You will be a mother soon, do not bother about your mates and others, everyone's got his/her own lane in this race called life. As per what the doctors are saying, I would advise you work with your hormonal profile if you have been diagnosed with PCOS. Hyperprolactinaemia can be treated, I used Dostinex(cabergoline) for mine and I had a very good result. Doctors hardly recommend it cos of the cost but my dear mama, I am a testimony to it.

Sorry for the discomfort my dear, I had a similar issue one time like that. I did HVS and the drug recommended didnt do much for me, so I researched and found diflucan. Dear Hubby and I used it and Canesten cream, for over a year now, I haven't had any more occurence. I can't recall the brand but I bought 2 packs for 5000.

It happened to me too but I just ignored the lady's act and prayed for her too. Some people are scared of disclosing to people probably because of some kinda history they have. Please lets not worry much oveebit and use them instead as a point of contact to God to remember us too.

@curvilicious, na at times like this when you wan give up, the thing they happen oo. Abeg gather ur strength, continue praying and trying all you can, it would happen soon Sis.

Since you have got your hormonal profile result, you should take it to a gyny for drugs prescription first. You can also paste the levels and the test ranges so sabi mamas can make input but most importantly, be guided by a gynaecologist. We aren't doctors here, we just share our experiences.

oh... I'm sorii dear, I didn't mean to announce it that way, just had to quote that post. So three days after, I went back to the lab and it was a BFP. I give thanks to God and I pray that we'll all testify soonest.

5mg folic acid is just okay. I'm pregnant and that's what my Doc prescribed. Also folic acid it's a water soluble vitamin, therefore the body does not store it.

Bia ds geh...so this bis how you wanna announce this great miracle...so you don't know people were keeping fingers crossed for you after your last complaint over neg blood test. My friend announce the thing well joor with WIDD sharperly.

Amen. Your response sef made me laugh. It is well indeed. The folic acid and co I got were the emzor brand cos I felt they will look less threatening to hubby, lol.

Are there better brands that you would recommend? I want to skip pregnacare for now, huuby won't even allow me take it. I basically just want to stock up on good multivitamins for now.

Am sorry but this got me laughing . My dear do not stress it. Your hubby is even more cooperative than some men. He has done SFA. For some men, you may have to pray to your ancestors before they would yield. Just hold on and take those prenatals. Your bfp will come sooner than you expect. Cheers and welcome to the group.

@fruitfulRay...am sorry about the way you are feeling. It would be pretty well soon. Hope you stopped evening primrose after ovulation. You know the drug is said to cause the uterus to contract. I do not know the reason behind your change of cycle but please go and do a preg test and if possible a scan after the spotting has stopped.

yea I'm a jjc, the truth is I'm 6 days late today and all the five home urine pregnancy test I took since last week came out positive, but the blood test was negative. So I'm kinda confused

@ 4realwoman, my dear, just try and be strong. Its not easy but just hold on to that belief, it would turn out fine soon. Sometimes I just wonder what could be wrong, who did I or my hubby offend, what did we not do or are not doing well...no answers. But I know we shall smile one day, we only pray it happens soon. God is in control.

@Priscaver, mamas have advised you well. Just try no to be too clockwise in this TTC period. As for dh, put him in prayers and adopt the sexy lingerie strategy that kpekus mistress curvilicoous aka mama John suggested.it just might be effective

I just returned from collecting my prolactin result and there is a lot of improvement. I thank God and remain hopeful. God will do it for us all.

I read it on front page where a couple gave birth to 5 babies at a time!!! I cant stop asking myself when my own time would come?
