yes you can do it that way too... I am taking mine till day 10. I started on day 5. Its said to help grow follicles.

Devil is a liar. AF was late for 3 days and I was kinda happy. I attended a vigil yesterday, hoping to come back and do a HPT, only for me to step my feet on the vigil grounds and AF started with very painful cramps. my mood changed instantly and I felt tears in my eyes but I quickly wiped them off and focused on the program of the night.

Please who else experiences sore breast while taking 5mg folic acid. I read online dt one should not take more than 400-800mcg or day. Just want to know if I am the only one experiencing this

I dont think folic acid caused breast soreness, as a matter of fact, one cycle i took only folic. i didnt get the breast soreness at all. 400mcg is usually suggested for daily use.

Please I need advise. My husbands test results came out and it’s really bad. He has no motility and his sperm count is about 100k. I also did tests my Hsg was ok although I’ve always had pcos but with metformin I’ve been ovulating. I don’t want to go down the ivf route again because the last time it was really stressful. Is there anything he can take? My parents are suggesting we use a sperm donor but I’m not sure I want that, though I’m open to adoption but he is not

some mamas in this group have testified to God's miraculous turn around in similar situations. I would suggest you try Fertisan M, manix or addyzoa for him.. baby dust fall on you.

I may not be right but considering what I have learnt in ds group, Vit B6 is almost similar to progesterone and its advisable to take after ovulation and not before. I will suggest u try evening primrose morning and night once AF starts and stop after ovulation. also drink lots of water. you can also use preseed if d avenue is too dry. its very sperm friendly.
