For starters your leadership role and essentially your sway in Africa and on the international stage will be diminished as some has said.

Visa entry between countries will remain the same as all the regions will be ECOWAS members most likely   so you can't technically ban each other from the new nation states,

Each region provides a function that benefits the whole whether is the service sector or agriculture.

I think diversity is what makes Nigeria a unique place and if it is utilized right can be a positive that can be put towards tourism for example

And I don't honestly believe that splitting up will solve the problem. Instead of serious corruption in one country you now have it in several countries. Nothing changes. If corruption is tackled head on and real constructive solutions are made then things will get better.
