Good day my mummies and daddies in the house. I believe we all doing great and by the grace of God those of us that are still TTC will carry our bundles of joy ijn
Please I need your help all the gurus in the house. I had my first Son in 2019 through CS, since my son is 4 years old have been TTC for over a year now. I had to go for do HSG to know what's wrong, though my period is scanty and I have high Prolactin in my blood.
After the HSG test the result came out that both fallopian tubes are blocked.

Please I need advice on what to do right now, cause am so depressed. It's advisable to do right now?
Thanks for your response.

Yes, similar to this but not sure is this big except it's the closeness of the camera. Also the size of the growth will depend on the cord that was left behind when the remaining dropped. Keep cleaning with spirit and take him to the hospital, it will possibly be cut off like I said
Okay thanks so much Ma, I really appreciate your response, God bless you.

Thanks Ma for this info.. Am a bit relieved. Please take a look at this picture that's how it looks like in the morning before bathing him...

Don't be scared. Take your baby to the hospital and let a pediatrician check. My son had a kind of small pimple-like growth back then ( because the navel didn't remove completely) Doctor offer 2 options, 1. They can tie and it will just drop after a while or 2, just cut off. I chose the latter. It was cut off in less than 1 min and we're good.

So TAKE YOUR BABY TO A PEDIATRICIAN

Birth alert/BS

My beautiful princess arrived on the 21st at 3:07am weighing 8 pounds.
Shortly after i posted about my fear and frustration of hitting the 40 weeks mark yet no labour sign, my contractions started hours after at about say 3pm that same day . I noticed bloody discharge more like spotting so i rushed to wear my disposable pant/pad, showered and cleaned up and packed my bag for essentials and toiletries. Thereafter i laid on the bed and started timing, when it was about 8 minutes apart i headed for the hospital because the hospital is about an hour away. Got to the hospital and was checked, dilation was measured as 4cm as at around 7:30pm. I was admitted and sent to labour and delivery unit, at about 9pm or so i was checked again and still measured 4cm all this while with unbearable contraction pains. At about past 10pm I begged to be checked again but progress was little just btw 4 and 5cm. I requested for epidural which is the greatest regret of my life, my spine was poked at severally and at one point i felt a shocking sensation my right side despite maintaining the arch position and still enduring contractions. I let out a scream and told the anaestician i was no longer interested, he then paged for his other colleague who i guess was his superior she came in and calmed me down and took over and in just one attempt she got it right. i immediately requested the nurse in the room with me that i only want doctors attending to me because the dilation checks and all were by midwives as i had seen no doctor at all.

I dont know if it's the epidural or not but baby became distressed as her heart rate started dropping a team of doctors about 5 rushed into the room broke my water immediately and saw meconium in the water. Dilation was checked again yet no progress and baby was becoming more and more distressed.

At about 3am of the 21st , eventually the head doctor convinced me to get a CS done asap instead of induction cos induction would further cos baby's heart rate to decline with more intense contractions. That she prefers to hand me over a healthy baby than a lifeless one. Theatre was prepared immediately and i was wheeled into the theatre for surgery, another anestesia was administered to numb my lower part and baby was brought out.
She didnt cry at first but after alll they did she let out a cry and she was rushed to NICU for further checks and treatment, they sucked out the contents in her stomach and all she swallowed and monitored her in the nursery for hours.
In all i thank God it ended in praise even though it wasn't as i expected however i have a healthy beautiful calm girl to call my own and that's all that maters.

Cappo jeniluv, BS submitted and i am wishing all mumies a safe delivery.

Congrats on the birth of your LO mama. Please don’t let anyone stress you over your tummy, 7 weeks is a tad too early to be worried about that. It took your tummy 9 months to get big while growing your baby, they should expect it to take that long to return to status quo; not saying it will take 9 months though cheesy

I hear post partum belt helps, not waist trainer oh. What helped me however, was ginger tea. I was taking it religiously cos I noticed it was helping with milk production and I was back to prepregnacy weight 4 months post partum (this one pained me cos I lost the new bumbum pregnancy gave me grin ). My sister who came for omugwo also made sure I took all those omugwo meals three times daily.

You can also get aju mbaise from @Liftedhands. I got from her but ended up not using it cos I noticed I was already losing weight drastically.

All the best mama but please, don’t let anyone make you start thinking. You housed a whole human being for 9 months
Thanks so much Ma. Please what is aju mbaise?

My Long Overdue BS

Team September Cappo take note.

My first child was admitted cos he had convulsion. I nearly lost him but God took control cos the devil came too late. He was admitted for 3 days and discharged on the 16th. Two days before now, I'd started seeing some brownish discharge which I informed hubby about.

When my boy was discharged, u can imagine the surprise of the nurses, midwives and matron when I returned 2 days later.

I went to see the doctor and explained to him that I was having contractions, lo and behold, when he checked, I was 3cm gone at few minutes to 10pm. I was admitted immediately for checkup at 1am, when I was checked at 1am, I was just 5cm gone. I did a mental calculation that latest 9am, I would have put to bed but at that 1am, it's like the doctor put something inside of me and the contractions pains increased.

To cut the long story short, at 3:30am, I shouted that I wanted to wee, on getting to the toilet, I didn't wee. Oya madam, climb let's check again, my legs became numb that I couldn't move.

I was assisted and checked and was instructed to push when the next contraction came.

I pushed the Ist one nothing, the 2nd push brought my Prince crying like no tomorrow. He weighed 3.5kg with no tear. I forgot all the pains instantly.

Btw: This 2nd labor pain has no part 2 but for my first, I didn't feel much pains.

Different pregnancy with different symptoms, signs and labor.

BA and BS.

My angel arrived in the early hours of the 5th of September 2019. EDD according to scan at 20weeks was 8th sep.(i didn't know my lmp).
Actually,am not sure of the reason i didn't identify with my team, its either i forgot to submit the post i typed or i submitted it nd my team refused to identify wtme. But that didnt stop me from learning from the thread sa.

Bs.

This pregnancy was very different from my first, infact i had the opposite of every symptoms of my first. From excessive eating to serious laziness and big tummy, but i bless God it ended in praise.
From about 36 weeks i was already very tired of being pregnant, and i only tried to wait till 37weeks bfr i started doing tns to induce labor . i walked, danced, climbed stair case, did kpekus, drank castor oil but DS baby no gree show.
So i just decided to wait. 5th of september was my antenatal day and i was deteemined to drink another castor oil bfr going to see whether labor will start while am at d hospital but as God will have it i didn't get to drink it.
At about 1 am my son woke me to drink tea,i was in d middle of attending to him wen i felt a tap down my tummy, and something like a discharge followed.so i went to d bathroom to clean up but i strted feeling drops of water instead. That was how i started leaking water o,i woke hubby nd we started contemplating on how to get to d hospital at dt time cos we dont have a car. At that time contraction had not started so we just waited.contraction started at past 2 and i endured d pain till around 3.at around 3,i cldnt hold d pain anymore so i told hubby to start trying for uber and luckily for us we got a ride.
The ride took us about 40min and i went to heaven nd came back with crazy pain.
When we eventually got to d hospital and checked i was already fully dilated. And within another 30min my daughter was out weighing 2.95 without tear.
The relief i got afterwards was heavenly and i cldnt thank God enough for making d labor very brief.
I pray for all remaining preggy mamas ,safe and swift delivery is ur portion ijn.
As for me,am out for gud o.

Mumibaby:
Birth story (VBAC)

Pls manage my story, am not good in telling stories.

I had my first baby in 2015 through C's because of failure to Progress 4cm after 48 hours of labor, though baby also big.

So when I discovered I was pregnant, I started doing research on VBAC, I applied it and prayed and God granted my request.
What helped my VBAC

Prayer
I started taking zobo at 5months.

Dates fruits 6 per day

Evening primrose oil from 32 weeks, I started with 500mg per day then increased it to 1000mg at 36 weeks, then 1500mg at 37 weeks, then insert 500mg into my viginal.

2 Lipton per day from 6months.
Walking 2hrs per day from 36 weeks

So I asked my doctor if I was a good candidate of VBAC, he said since my baby was in cephalic position, he will perform pelvic examination on me, so he did at 36 weeks, and he said my pelvic is good, and he gave me the go ahead to trial VBAC.

At 39 weeks he did membrane sweep for me, very painful but I endured, I walked for almost 3hours so that the sweep will work, through out that day I was also taking warm water, after 12 hours of sweep, I started feeling contractions 15minutes aparts, I managed all through the night, then after 5minutes contraction I picked my bag then straight to d hospital, when I got there, doctor told me i was just 2cm, I felt I will not make it, but the nurses said I will make it because my baby's head was engaged and they could felt it but just d cervix, I was admitted around 1pm, 4pm 3cm, 8pm 3cm, 12am 4cm, 3.30am 8cm, 4 am I delivered my baby 3.3kg with very little tear.

I wanted to go for C's o, because the pain was something else, but the doctor refused said I was progressing I should just endure it. Thank God I did because the recovery is very easy compare to my cs delivery.

Safe delivery to other Mummies in Jesus name. Amen
