So in other words can you begin to mention the names of Igbos that are openly rejoicing oh thou Tribalistic minded man grin grin
Igbo hate has blinded your mind to the reality that there are many Tribes in Lagos State, like I said the majority people whom in my own opinion want Tinubu down is the Market women and they are Yoruba majority.
I don't do Tribal nonsense and shenanigans,I dony like to engage Tribal bigoted hatefilled people like your type so oh Mr Tribalist.
You sound silly. I don’t care about Igbos enough to hate them.

It’s interesting you’re already acting like a victim - when all I did was tell you how insecure and inferior you’re, for celebrating something that’s inconsequential, in the grand scheme of things.

Are you sure you’re a man? You sound like you’re dealing with emotions like a bitch. Just stop celebrating stupidity and channel your energy into developing Igboland - to make it habitable for all Igbos.

If I were Igbo: I’d be ashamed that my people dream about living in a next man’s land. Thank God I’m not.

The Rhodes-Vivours are authentic Lagosians. The family is real lagosians. It is irrelevant where his mum is from.

Tinubu and his band of urchins are immigrant to Lagos hence the running of the state as a captured entity.

Let support real lagosians who is alo a true Omoluabi. Enough of Agbero Politics in lagos.

If we want a Lagos that works for everyone both indigenes and economic immigrants, please lets vote for this well brought up son-of -soil. He is a Havard trained Engineer and a breath of fresh air to start repositioning the mega city.

Lagos cannot continue to be a breeding ground for Agberos, urchins and touts.
You’re Igbo and you’re an illiterate when it comes to Yoruba history.

So, listen when I talk. Saros and Amaros are mostly of Ijesha, Oyo and Egba descent. Just because they settled in Lagos when they returned - it doesn’t make them more Lagosian than any Yoruba from any part of Yoruba land that settled in Lagos on a later date. They don’t have more rights in Lagos than Tinubu.

Stop parroting nonsense. He’s a half-breed with more affinity to his maternal side and he’ll never rule Lagos. But he can rule Imo and Ngwaland tho.

grin grin. Op is still using the same pattern that made Apc loose Lagos in the Presidential election grin Igbo eeehh, Igbo aaahhhh, Igbo yooo 🤣😁 while niggas from all Tribes who are tired of this Apc emperor in Lagos State with his family.
Maybe you still dey chop mumu tank you that is why you are not aware that your Tribal hate antics is not workable anymore.
Lagos Women especially, Market women are one of the major people who just need this Apc disaster, suffering and hardship that has created a monster sort of structure that encourages agberos oppressing elderly market women hustling to Survive this same tinubu Apc, with zero structure oo grin
APC has thought anyone who seeks better for Nija that thier structure is not people's based but standards for rigging and electoral criminality
Why are you Igbos so happy because LP won Lagos? LP also won in Calabar, Plateau and Taraba (I think) - but you don’t care about those places. No?

I know you think you’re mocking Yorubas with it in your warped minds. However, in reality, it just exposes your insecurities, low self-esteem and the fact that you have an inferior culture. You won Lagos (which is a battle/number in the grand scheme of things) but lost the war.

Let me burst your bubble: this isn’t the first time an Igbo candidate would win big in Lagos. Azikwe also won in Lagos under NCNC because Yoruba voted for the party, not the ethnic group. However, once they discovered his ulterior motives - he was sent packing back to Igboland.

The same thing happened with this election because most Yorubas are tired of APC and Tinubu (I believe) and basically just voted for a new party that sold them a dream about a new dawn. Coupled with the EndSARS movement (Azikwe also used the Pro-Independence Movement to his advantage).

I trust Yorubas to correct the mistake and clip your wings. They won’t say much but they will surely act.

There is nothing wrong in someone having a mum from another ethnic group but the truth remains he is from Lagos unlike the immigrant Tinubu and his band of urchins.

grin grin grin
How’s a Saro who’s of Ijesha and Oyo descent different from a Tinubu who’s from Osun?

The name of this Oloriburuku contesting under Labor party is Chinedu Rhodes Vivor. He cannot speak fluent Yoruba but speaks better Igbo. He is doesn't hide his Igbo affinity and has constantly been using Igbo ethnic Nationalism to campaign in Lagos.

To all Yoruba patriots, we are in deep trouble if this abomination comes to pass in Yorubaland. This Oloriburuku below will hand over the keys of Lagos to those that have declared Lagos no man's land since 1948.
If you come under this post to write nonsense, I will curze you before blocking you.

All Yorubas must make it a point of duty to call all their kinsmen in Lagos that the election in Lagos is not just an ordinary election, it's an intergenerational war between indigenous Yoruba people and minority settlers that have never hidden their intentions to subdue Yoruba people in Yorubaland.

Please note, their target is the entire Yorubaland not Lagos. Lagos is the launching pad for their conquest.
This is interesting.

From the information I have read about him - it seems his mum is Igbo while his dad is Saro-Yoruba. So, if he’s Saro, why is the woman in your attached picture saying ‘we’re taking our Lagos’ back when Saros are mostly of Ijesha, Oyo and Egba descent? And how are Saros different from Tinubu?

Anyway, they’re using this half-breed Yoruba to test the waters before they send a full blooded Igbo - for their conquest fantasies.

I don’t understand their obsession with Lagos and their quest in trying to rule it. Just build Lagos in your region (it’s easier that way) and rule it without opposition - rather than spend your existence on trying to what a next person built whilst leaving yours in ruins. They’re not really that smart. Geographically, they can’t even take Lagos - they have to start by taking Ondo & Ogun East, before they will have a chance to ‘conquer’ Lagos.

Anyway, don’t fret, he can’t win.

DeLaRue:
In the context of Nigeria, some see Yoruba 's relaxed and 'sophisticated approach as a weakness.

I personally think the Yoruba way is rooted in their philosophical and pragmatic approach to life.

Yoruba way of life involves thinking something through several times over before reacting, as opposed to reacting first and then think later.
I think it’s the inherent egalitarianism that’s part of Yoruba culture/tradition. Yoruba were able to build a culture that promotes egalitarianism whilst also promoting dictatorship when it comes to relationship between youths and elders. And it just shows how sophisticated Yorubas are - due to how they’re able to create a balance between the two.

Some see it as a sign of weakness while others see it as lack of unity - but in reality, it brings checks and balances. I don’t think any candidate in Nigerian electoral history (including Awolowo) has ever won 70% of Yoruba votes (I stand to be correct tho).

That said, I still think this great attribute need to be put in check for now - due to the current realities of Nigeria. Yoruba nationalism should be the paramount thing - until there are no external threats, from other belligerent ethnic groups. Some people are hellbent on exploiting this attribute and they see it as a sign of weakness.

This is why Falz is better
grin

What talent has Falz got?

Falz has to be up there with Bangs and Milli Vanili as one of the worst rappers ever with bubblegum lyrics. I’d rather listen to Bangs than listen to Falz.

Stop comparing an internationally acclaimed artist with some gimmicky local bubblegum rapper with no talent.

U made a reasonable point Mr. Burna boy but at this situation in Nigeria now, ur point is pointless,,,

If all the celebrities think this way,, then who will back the common citizens like us to have the courage to fight for our right?

Every Nigerian have a huge role to play in this particular election
Everyone's effort matters a lot now
What role has every Nigerian got to play in an election with three bad candidates with different baggages?

So, you expect him to put his career (which he worked hard to earn/hone) on the line for a candidate he can’t really trust, no?

He doesn’t owe you anything.

The only reason was because people jumped on the social media frenzy after his online marketers presented him as a savior
Most of them shouting obidient up and down are not even aware Obi was formerly pdp talkess of knowing that he ruined Anambra state for 8 years
It’s the frenzy and quasi-movement that EndSARS created. Coupled with the hatred of Tinubu for sponsoring Buhari (who has failed woefully) and the reported killings of EndSARS protesters.

Obi just leveraged it and added the religious dimension to it - with the religious tension/divide in Nigeria and Fulani herdsmen.

People wanted a change and Obi was marketed as the change running a separate party, that’s different from the old guard. So, they didn’t really care about Obi’s past. If they did - most wouldn’t have voted for him.

Obi is the least qualified candidate and most incompetent based on his antecedent. And he’s neither articulate nor eloquent.

Personally, I still question the Obi hype because I just don’t see it and none of his interviews impressed me. Obi doesn’t understand basic economics - that’s how terrible he’s.

You are bereft of sense! INEC cannot declare a winner based on falsehood. There is a new electoral law. And it ensures that results are electronically transmitted. Whatever INEC declares is a sham because numbers are being collated manually. We can see through your hypocrisy and madness. But Nigerians are madder than you can ever be.

The will of the people will not be subverted and whatever means necessary will be employed in the coming days.
You’re a very funny guy.

Which election in Nigeria since it was created wasn’t shambolic with the will of the people subverted? Or you think Ahmadu Bello and Azikwe won without electoral fraud? Shagari? Obasanjo? Yar’Adua? GEJ? Buhari?

There are reports of electoral fraud by LP all over Nigeria, including Lagos. Or you think Obi won all the votes he got in SE without intimidation and Fraud?

PDP was also the same.

Stop whinging because your candidate lost. OBJ also never won a free and fair election in his life and he should be the last person to talk.

You win some and lose some. That’s the beauty of democracy. Even in the US, Trump was rigged out of office. Take the L or go to court.

ProphetM0hammad:
Tinubu will appoint Obi as minister of sport
So he can have more time to disguise as a yoot
He’d be wise to accept it.

But if he thinks the votes he got in different regions is because people love him and view him as being competent - he’s in for a shocker in 4 yrs’ time, depending on how Nigeria is then.

The reasons why people voted for Obi:

- EndSARS and the structure they created amongst the youths with their movement.

- Religious violence and Fulani herdsmen

- State of the economy and hardship

- competing against two aged candidates when the incumbent who’s an utter failure is also aged.

Obi is an opportunist who campaigned at the right time with the right momentum. And he needs to leverage it now for a juicy position and forget dreaming about the future.

Also, Obi and Kwankaso brought something good to the polity and it will make whoever wins (most likely Tinubu) sit up and stop taking Nigerians for granted.

Elderly statesmen and those who love Nigeria including the international community must speak out now otherwise what is about to happen will be felt at every nook and cranny of the globe
Speak out about what?

Aren’t they the same statesmen that institutionalised electoral fraud in Nigeria? Or why do you think the electoral register is over-bloated and doesn’t match the number of electorates?

OBJ needs to stop being irresponsible and let INEC decide the winner. Go to court if you don’t agree with the decision.

When you guys says structure i don;t actually understand.
With all the structure tinubu claim to have and with all the thugs, rigging and intimidation he still lost in Lagos to PO.
The real structure is you and I reason when we come out emass to vote for an individual with Character, Capacity ans integrity it becomes very easy for that candidate to will even in the face of rigging. So the people are the structure. The other structure as we can see are structure of thugery, intimidation, vote buying and rigging
What you highlighted is basically what structure entails in the Nigerian political context. The same way Peter Obi created a structure via EndSARS piggyback and religion - to create a movement that increased his chances at the polls.

A lot of people who would traditionally vote for Tinubu decided to vote for Obi due to EndSARS and religion. Obi also tapped into traditional PDP votes.

If Tinubu can perform as president and also reduce religious violence - Obi won’t get as many votes as he did in this election, in the next election, due to the amnesia that Nigerians tend to have.

This election just proved that Tinubu is the greatest Nigerian politician in the 21st century. Young politicians need to study him because he’s always two steps ahead of everyone.
