I am still on the 3k plan and that expires this week and no i am not renewing it or going for the 12790 plan as its quite expensive in the current conditions. I have to settle for a non promo plan that cost #7170 for 18gb, valid for 30 days with free nights from 12 midnight to 6 am daily.

My internet speed no dey move like breeze my broda but i download at 2-3MB/s using swift networks. I guess na location sha and i made sure i did research on which router to buy and i settled for Spectranet unlocked own for my swift. i never expected to download 94gb within my free night time frame.

I am on the old swift merit plan and it expires this week. I plan to upgrade to another plan which is NON PROMO (swift essential) which costs #7170 for 18gb, valid for 30days with free nights from 12am to 6am daily. I cant afford a new plan of my choice which is #12790 for 40gb, valid for 30 days with old time frame from 11pm to 8am as money is tight, We all are going through the same issue. I downloaded a game of 94gb just last night and total I have used has surpassed 200gb. Swift unlimited free browsing is not capped.

PC Users, GTAV is free on Epic Games from now till may 21st. The edition is not normal one but Premuim content with lots of goodies. So get it now. Mind you, size is 94gb.

In a month? cant tell for sure. probably more than 100gb thats for sure. If you must change to swift, i advise try the swift merit plan first (which almost everyone uses)

I have downloaded about 60gb in one night so I can't say if it's capped at 200gb. I have no reason to download more than I need in a night especially when average download speeds are 2-3MB/s and downloading a 45gb game will take some serious time, give it take, 4-5hrs provided the speed is constant and unwavering...

Apart from Twitter, Lagosians(since that's the only city they cover) can still reach them on whatsapp and a few other platforms. Whatsapp can still do the magic.

I'm talking with them via DM on Instagram at the moment for other packages with old time frame for night browsing. 1am is not for me.

The next option as I dey follow dem talk via DM on Instagram, na swift club plus whcih goes for #12790 which gives 40gb for 30days but the free night browsing time is still 11pm to 8am. This compared to paying 10k a month for 20gb and wicked time frame would be the ideal plan sha. The extra bar on it which is #2790 go pain me well well sha. I have to think about it. I have bad experience with ntel so not going back there. Spectranet doesn't give free nights unless it's on their unlimited package. These broadband ISPs are killing us man.

The convo above means your best bet is to buy a 4g router from megaplaza. Though swift also sell locked routers. There were some guys claiming to unlock routers, but they were dodgy asf, especially as they lied to me then ntel routers were locked ( this was 2016)

i have downloaded doom eternal pc. using swift. swift gets up to 7mb/s now. i have downloaed 80gb between 11pm and once . they are great, but their cost and their data measurement is not it at all.
i have locked everyone out - my downloads are limited to free period 11 - 8 and yet 60gb is still gone in under two weeks

anyway - doom eternal is 37gb for PC

I'd like to ask if a Router can improve download speeds better than a WiFi modem? For instance, I get 1 to 2MB/s while downloading files using Swift. So is there a chance a Swift Router will increase the download speeds?
