The links you posted talks about the 1st quarter of 2017, meaning the budget of 2016 was in play as 2017 budget was not passed till June 2017 and FG cannot spend capital provisions of an un-passed 2017 budget. If you are going to criticize govt atleast have the intellect tondo so and not the hatred to criticize. It is sad rather than focus on legislative inaction that scuttled 2017 budget. there are so many issues i want to discuss bothering on contract related issues. i have worked for a madam on certain projects with one of the oil companies. she messed up my money. when the engineering personnel of the of the oil company saw the quality of my execution, they became interested in my company and told me to register on their portal. they are about to throw open a bid for a certain small project now which may reach up to 1.5m. They invited myself and two other vendors to come and develop quantities which will be quoted for in the BOQ. now i dont want my labour to be in vain. i want to register my enterprise like that with DPR, hopefully i will get a chance to participate in the bid when the job is eventually thrown open on the portal. the challenge presently is i do not know how to go about this two requirements of DPR; 1.COMPANY’S CURRENT TAX CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE AND VAT CERTIFICATE. 2.EMPLOYEE’S COMPENSATION SCHEME (NIGERIA SOCIAL INSURANCE TRUST FUND-NSITF). please help a brother. A simplistic example, Nigeria issues a bond of 100 Euros at 10% for 30 years means Nigeria will pay 10 Euros annually in interest to the bond holder and at year 30 return the principal of 100 Euros.
