Blackberry was a canadian company selling overpriced crap. windows os was just rubbish, i used it. never used a crap like that. then china brought cheaper phones and google created an OS. google benefited from the asian market. and huawei was one of the first company to use android. my first ever android phone was from huawei with android 2.1 or so. i just switched from blackberry then. so google is at risk for trumps foolishness. you cant hold someone ransom by wanting to take away their android license because they developed the 5G spectrum before you.. its going to backfire when they are more ahead of you in terms of tech. Lets just hope samsung does nt wake up one morning and switch. that would be it for android. even me self, i cant do without samsung phones

You realize PlayStore has more than 2 million apps, is not just about the OS but the apps that works in this OS. Even if developers start to create apps for this new OS it will take another 5 to 10 yrs to get to 2 million apps.
Secondly there are some apps that depends on some special Google apps like Google maps.

No, it will not. it will roll out with millions of apps. developer are not loyal to anyone. and apps are not subject to any OS except apps created by the OS Developers. nd Huawei was the second largest Google Android patrons. all what apps owners do is just change the app platform and a little source code editing. in less than 3hrs, you app is ready to go. the biggest losers from this is Google. because if the OS is a hit, most of other company might switch. and china sabi over do things sometimes, i bet the feature would put android to sleep. and most of europe are against what Trump did
