Hello House, greetings to all the boss dem for here. Please guys, I’m having issue with my Honda Accord 03. After I don drive am for like 2 hours, d car will start jerking, it won’t want to move when I press accelerator, like say fuel finish. After a while I go Dey hear small small backfire from the engine side when I press accelerator. My mechanic thought it was the fuel pump/filter so he changed the pump and washed the filter but issue persists. Anybody experience this and what could be the issue or solution.

Couple of things you could try after scanning:

MAF sensor
VTEC selenoid
VTC oil control valve selenoid

LagRide is quite exclusive... They gave to some of the traditional taxi guys. They are not looking for ₦600-700 trips.. Some of them don't follow the app. As long as they keep their financial obligations, they are good.

How exactly do they get riders?

New bonus structure on Indrive. They gave me 3k bonus 2 Saturdays ago. Unlike Bolt, No stupid % completion rate, no Yeye acceptance rate.... No conditions. 3k bonus.upfront. .. 3k was already sitting in my driver's account to be used before I even took a ride.....

I feel so very comfortable using indrive, however they are still somethings that they really need to work on. For instance 10days is just too much on refunds for trips that wasn't executed but deductions was made. 2) riders should be penalized for keeping drivers waiting for too long(although I usually ask them to pay something)

Mobil 3000(5w-40) 5L = 16.5k



Challenge Bus stop Mobil fueling station price

Mobil 1000(20w-50) 5L = 11.5k
Mobil 2000(5w-30) 5L = 12.7k
Mobil 3000(5w-40) 5L = 14k


Imagine the much difference from both fueling stations.

Pls, among the mentioned variants of oil, which is best for someone to use, initially, i was using the 20w-50 for my corolla 2003 and it wasn't shorting oil then i said i should use 5w-30 but it started shorting oil (tho not much) and my mechanic said the reason for the oil shortening is because the 5w-30 is lighter and my car is already used to the 20w-50...


Can one give me comprehensive explanation on this reason.

If you'll take my advice, go for total quartz 20w50. This engine oil cleans engine, trust me on this.

Well said bro. This is by far the most unemotional response to this issue I've had to read so far.

In my own opinion the partner is not looking at this as a strictly business relationship and hence the reason for all this back and forth.

Using terms like aged father, default payment and granting favours, to me is just emotional blackmail.

@Car Owner this is the way I see it since it's HP. If you need the car for 2weeks then you should be the one negotiating how much you'd pay for the 2weeks. Please note, Omoapena is a business man and probably has his own plans for same period.

Firstly, that agreement you signed with him is flawed and has a lot of strict rules. Two weeks default is too short to allow a partner withdraw a car on a higher purchase deal. So, if you have paid 1.5 million of 2.5 million naira deal, you will lose the car because of two weeks default.?

Secondly, you have no business informing him about the repairs nor bringing the car for inspection since it's a higher purchase deal. Why would he even include that in the agreement? His only business with you and the car is to be receiving his money as at when due. Whatever happens to the car is none of his business. He's been covered by the agreement that states that he has the right to withdraw the car should you fail to make payment within a stipulated period of time.

A friend is facing same problem with his partner. The guy is on rental yet uses his money to fix all problems with the car and the partner does not care. If the guy has an option, he would have long dumped the car. He asked the partner for a hire purchase agreement since he's the one doing all the repairs but the guy refused because he's enjoying his weekly rentals with no obligation.

I wonder why people feel so high when they give out a vehicle to another. The response from your partner here shows the kind of person that he really is. Imagine drawing the battle line here, for what exactly?

You sound like a sincere person to me and you are the kind of person I would love to work with. It's unfortunate that sincere drivers get hooked with irrational partners and same with reasonable partners.

If his dad needs a car for movement, he should release his own car. He knows what he's asking for is wrong but because he's the car owner, you should come crying on your knees to oblige his request.

My bro, keep up the hard work and pay off this guy as soon as possible. You deserve your peace of mind.

And next time, dispute anything you feel isn't right in an agreement that you are signing up for in a business relationship.

I closed around 7:30 today and used almost 30 mins to drive round to find fuel. The queue I saw in some filling stations discouraged me, I just drove home. Me wey don taya b4, I go come stay for long queue again!

It is by wema bank. The app has a feature that allows you to create goals for savings which attracts a certain percentage in interest if you complete your goal without withdrawals.

My goal for November is complete, 60k and the month is not yet over.

Mind you, I am not fazed by attractive dashboards displayed on here. My net any time I come out is 6k and I have a total of 10days off from work in a month.
