Glithronix: I noticed something about indrive lately; If an order pops up and you as a driver who is closer to the rider pick it, the app will automatically accept it from the rider side. I think this is what happens when we talk about fastest finger crabs. Much respect, bosses. Are you sure about this? What if I choose a fare higher than what the rider quoted? |

Atiku and Peter just wasting aviation fuel and polluting the environment with carbon and noise!
If not for the sake of fulfilling the constitution, the coming election should have been cancelled to save cost.
Outside constitutional clause, I don’t see reasons why we should incur cost for an election that already has a glaring winner. Help me ask your principal to test a mic and see what he'll do? Maybe what he does next will help you make a better judgment. |

Pearl1910: Radiator fan will wobble or blow slower for a while before it stops. Inspect your belt before it snaps, u will notice cracks and signs of wear and tear. Fuse is not a critical aspect, u should have spares in ur fuse box or u replace with another fuse. As for fuel pump itself...before it completely fails, u would have been finding it hard in ur driving, driving will not be so smooth, u will have to press down pedal before car will accelerate or difficulty when climbing hills. Even battery and kick starter will give u sign before it completely fails. You know the sound of your car, anyday u start it and the sound is different, (whether louder or quieter) just know something is wrong or cooking.
Trust me, if u know ur car, with experience and time, u will notice when something is slightly wrong. Check it asap before it disappoints u on d highway. Why do you people do this, is it every issue your car gives sign before it fails? The other day my alternator without prior signs just stopped charging and it got me stranded on the road. People sleep at night and don't wake in the morning without them feeling sick, how much more cars. |

naijapips04: The north is never divided. You will learn with this election. I think they are and it is largely between Atiku and kwankwaso. For those giving Tinubu a chance in the north is just wasting his/her time. However, if APC had a northern candidate then it may have affected the voting pattern. |

Prosperity4All: LOL, at the Google attachment. (AskGoogle clan) You asked "How will saving dollars strengthen your naira?" It's called External Reserve. The more you have in your external reserve the stronger your local currency, in this case the Naira. So how much dollar do you think we'll need to have as reserve before our naira can become valuable? |

Frezhkid10: ..most of the forex we make from selling crude is used to import refined fuel from other countries…over 80% of the fires is used for fuel importation… If dangote refinery takes care of that..imagine Having your forex earnings/salary increase by 80%…bros you go live lavida local.. Just one refinery na yin go turn naija fortune around overnight!? Nigeria should really go and learn what Kuwait is doing right, simple. |
Business › Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by Crvrider: 1:27am On Jan 14, 2023 |
Prosperity4All: Not necessarily by selling... First, Nigeria will save billions of US dollars spent importing PMS that alone will strengthen the Naira Secondly, West African nations (Benin and more) will buy. And international trade is done in USD, so again their will be inflow of dollars to further strengthen the Naira. He is right. How will saving dollars strengthen your naira? Increase in demand for your naira ought to strengthen it. So, by asking buying countries to buy using naira increases demand for it there by increasing it's value. A simple search on why Kuwait's dinar is so strong returned this: see image.

Frezhkid10: The refinery will not immediately sell cheaper fuel..don’t forget he has about $16billion to pay back.. The only good thing about the refinery is that we will have enough forex to go round for our needs..making naira stronger!! Really? But your country already exports crude, so why naira no strong? They really have to do something to their ride request page. The map is so small. One thing I like though about the app is that it shows you the amount other apps are charging for same trip so you know how to bid. |

SamuelTaiw0: This here! Very annoying and it can't be enlarged. Another thing is that you can't rely on their pickup time.
There was a time I picked a rider to igando from Magodo very early in the morning. I no Sabi road so I had to rely on the woman to describe the road for me. My G-map was just hanging. That was my third trip on getting the car.
I dropped her though she annoyed me but I just kept my cool that one is story for another day. After I dropped her, I parked in one filling station like that and turned on rida. A ride came in from around Lasu-Iba road to Akowonjo. Seemed like a good deal, I can't remember the price but I was ready to take it as I was looking for a ride towards Ikeja. My mistake was that I just drove out without checking G-map. I opened the map when I was on Lasu-Iyana Iba road. I just checked time to destination Google map said 45 minutes. Rida said 10 mins, it was first of all 15 mins. The rider was calling. G-map took me inside one street like that. That street was hell. Where G map was taking through no road. Dead ends. I just turned back and drove empty to egbeda. Got another ride from there to Ikeja along before I went to Bolt office Lekki to resolve issue with my Bolt account.
Rida is a good app but there are some places some should not go with that app. I am yet to find anything good about the app except that it is free...no commission. |

It just keeps bombarding you with same trips even after you skip. The second most annoying thing about the app for me is that I rely heavily on map visuals to see riders destination and this helps me make my decision if I am to go on a trip or not...theirs is so tiny. |
