Romance › Lady Cook Urgently Needed by CsRockefeller(op): 9:59pm On May 26, 2019 |
Dont know if this is the right place to post this, I am in need of a lady cook (preferably Igbo) to help me with some dishes as work doesnt allow me to cook.
The meals will be prepared at the lady's place. I will pay for everything. I will collect the meal.
Meal in this case means soup (Vegetable and Egusi soups)
The Lady should be a good christian, trust worthy, and staying around Ketu, Ojota and Mile 12 axis.
Pls, this is a save my soul message. I'm staying with Sisters who dont cook, I no like wahala and I cant kill myself. |

ParliamentO: Going to Uyo will narrow down your job search option. You will be stuck with the bank job which will most likely not give you time for other things and I believe your chance of getting a job in Uyo is slim.
But if you stay back in Lagos, you can easily secure another job and possibly switch jobs as time goes on. Thats true. |

dingbang: ok. I will advise you take the bank Job. What banks do nowadays is that, after working with them as a contract staff for a number of years, they put forth a conversion program for contract staff to apply and upon successful completion, you get converted into full time. May the lord who always blesses good spirited men, visit you with his blessings, amen. Amen, Thank you. |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: I Need Your Advice by CsRockefeller(op): 12:07pm On May 24, 2019 |
mylander: Hello, the conversion of contract staff to full regular staff in banks is not that common as mentioned above, in fact, you may not get converted at all throughout your stay in the bank.
I would advise you to take the Sales Manager's job, if it interests you. That will enable you to have some chances to do some other things for personal development and you might have time to attend other tests and interviews.
You may call me if need be. Thank you Sir, same concerns my Family raised. |

I am a graduate of Economics and also hold an OND in Business Administration.
Since I came back from service in December, it has been difficult to get a job.
I have been following up on a contract bank job at Uyo for 68k with my OND for some time, at last, I got it but I am having double thoughts.
The offer letter came the same time I just started a small job in Ikoyi for 50k today and still have some interviews coming up especially d NNPC test here in Lagos.
The problem is that, I'm the first son, my Family needs me here, especially my Dad, but I want to go to Uyo and start my life, but I fear using OND to start will limit my chances of growth when I could use my Bsc here in Lagos.
My Family have supported me in my journey for d exams and interviwes in Uyo and Ph but now, they prefer I stay back in Lagos.
I have until friday to respond to the Bank, and I just started a Sales Manager at a fashion store in Ikoyi for 50k.
I have some interviews coming up and I also hope to learn programming and others.
I dont have anyone really in Uyo, so if I go, its like starting life again without my family, I just came back Jos where I did my NYSC.
My question is, What do u think I should do?
Go to Uyo with my OND for 68k?
Or,
Stay in Lagos, start small and look for better jobs with my Bsc. I am 26.
Thank you. |

KoiceReloaded: 10 BEST VISUALLY STUNNING MOVIES OF THEIR GENERATION
- Avatar: James Cameron has made it virtually his job to elevate the technology of CGI, and with "Avatar" he set a bar that is yet to be surpassed. - Jurassic Park (1993): This CGI used in this movie was so well ahead of it's time that it can still pass muster even today. - Lord of The Rings trilogy: The visuals were an incredible elevation of the technology. - 300: This Zack Snyder-directed movie showed how to bring a new aesthetic to the action genre. Unsurprisingly, it's been imitated countless times. - Matrix: The visuals were very unique, and have changed how action movies are shot now. - Avengers: Infinity War: Stunning visuals. A gold standard for superhero movies - Alita: Battle Angel: Another James Cameron footprint. He may not have directed, but his technology was used. - Terminator: Judgement Day: James Cameron used this film to change the game on what CGI characters could do in a film. - Edge of Tomorrow: With a whole lot of destruction-focused CGI, this film was very visually dazzling. - Minority Report: Spielberg used CGI in this film to present a future involving technology that would likely be in our lives decades later. Avatar!! Oh! Avatar, after 9 years, no one is yet to reach your prowess. A great movie in all ramifications. And to James Cameron. Is there anything in the Movie industry that is too hard for him to do? At a point His Titanic was number 1 highest grossing movie of all time, before His Avatar came and knocked it down to 2nd place. Waiting for his next blockbuster. He rarely enters the kitchen to cook, but, when he does, everyone eats, and gets filled. |
Investment › Re: How To Invest In MTN Nigeria Shares. by CsRockefeller(m): 1:46pm On May 17, 2019 |
lordskid: All their shareholders are private investors , so unless they desperately need cash, which is unlikely to happen, the public ain't getting any share of MTN for now.
The general public would have to wait for the MTN's Initial Public Offering, which is slated for later this year.
This is just LISTING not IPO.
Thanks Op btw! Sir, Pls, Can you expantiate a little further, I'm lost. Thank you. |

Razak5: Hi.
If the hardware isn't there, you will need to get a Bluetooth-USB dongle. A tiny device that you connect to your computer via USB.
It does not need any drivers—it's plug and play.
*Cheers** Okay, i think i have seen one before. Thanks for the help. |

Do we call for a Military coup anytime we dont like who is at the helm of affairs or anytime Leadership is seen to be heading south?
Buhari has dissapointed a lot of us, but is a coup the solution?
Lets keep on with this democracy till we perfect it, not trying short routes. |
Computers › Re: Post Your Computer (PC) Troubles Here. by CsRockefeller(m): 11:36am On May 15, 2019 |
Razak5: Hello.
You must be sure that the laptop carries a Bluetooth device. If it doesn't, the drivers are practically useless.
You can find the hardware in device manager. You can also find the device listed whenever you run a drivers package (e.g drivers-pack 17).
In a nutshell, be sure the hardware is present before worrying about drivers.
**Cheers** I have checked already, it doesnt have one, thats why i tried installing the driver but my wifi is working well. Pls what can i do now? Or should i take it back to where i bought it? Is it a very technical problem that can be fixed in a day? |
