There's this guy who has been my friend for a long time. He asked me out recently. He has very good qualities.

The issue is, he lacks confidence whenever he's talking to me thereby making him boring.
I'm thinking of turning down his request because I can't imagine myself living a boring life or are there ways I can help him improve on that?

Every action has consequences and as an adult, you have to be ready to accept the consequences of your actions.

You can't just go about ending relationships and expect them to accept you back when you return. I wouldn't even advice her to take you back because you're emotionally unstable and would mess her heart up.

I really hope you have learned some lessons from this incident because it appears you didn't learn anything from the first one.

Your focus now should be on getting a grip on your emotions and learning how to deal with rejection.

Between December and February, I have travelled to Imo state twice and to be honest, I'm disappointed.

Passing Tru Owerri, Orlu, Okigwe, and my place Mbaise and all I can say is that we have wasted 8 years.

The roads are substandard, not sure Julius Berger, Pw, Rcc or Hitec has constructed any road in Imo state.

My home town, Mbaise is Worse, no sign of government presence except the little road projects due to the influence of Mr John former FCT perm sec, and Jonny Opara former Pilgrim boss and little effort from Igbokwe at the Federal House.

I thought in 2011 Rochas was the savior, but with what he has done, I don't know who to believe anymore, I've lost faith in Imo politicians.

I hope Rochas gets to the Senate, so that if APC wins the Presidential polls, the South East can have a loud voice in the Senate. But I'm disappointed by his performance, Imo can do better.

I've been to Plateau, Abia and Enugu, and I want to say that, Imo is lagging behind. At least these states are her mates.

For all the pictures being posted here, everything in real life, with the eyes are just ordinary, nothing special. And if I may ask, what's the reason behind building iron bars as decoration on roads, I still don't get it.

I watched Some aggrieved disenfranchised voters in okota on tv. A lady who spoke to channel's correspondent was saying that some hoodlums came to burn ballot boxes and that prior to that, "for every 100 votes, 99 was for pdp and 1 for apc". The others there were definitely angry too and nodding in agreement.

Now, I'm not saying the hoodlums were right, but this is to make a point that okota is highly dominated by Igbos. This needs to stop, if not, a time time will come when the votes of Igbos will count more than that of the yorubas.and the yorubas will become irrelevant in their own land. Something must be done fast. A word is enough for the wise.

Igbos won't hesitate stabbing you from behind, only waiting for the perfect time to attack.

Let me suggest a faster way, drop 2 atomic bombs, like the ones used in Hiroshima and Nagasaki on Igbo dominated areas and they will be no more. Then you can have Lagos to yourself. I'm proud of you, kill them all.

Before you take that job ask yourself how long do I intend to stay in this job? So you don't get trapped.
Will you be able to get other offers in the state you are going?
Will you be able to travel to any other state for interview in case you get an invite with a moderate savings for impromptu travelling?


Bro, there are some jobs that doesn't really pay well, but they add so much to the brain.
Beware of contract jobs most especially in the bank.

But you can still achieve all this if you are determined and ready to sacrifice many things.

But God knows better.

I'm idle and cash light at the moment. I really don't have any choice. It's a contract bank job but within a year, I could settle down.

Guys, I have an OND and also a BSc, I applied for a Bank Teller job in Cross River. I was recently called to attend an interview next week Thursday using only my ND and I must be willing to relocate from Lagos.

Right now, I'm kinda jobless, but hopeful for some opportunities, do you think I should take d offer?

At most they may offer me 50k. Or I should still wait in Lagos for something better.

If I do get the job, I don't know where or who I will stay with. And if I get it, I won't be able to attend any upcoming job interviews /exams which I have applied for.
