Yes it is by choice but if the reward is the same we will have less people making the choice to become Doctors in view of the rigours it takes to become a medical doctor compared to those of other medical professions

Then where is the place of talent and passion in career choices. ?

Are doctors no longer becoming doctors because they are gifted in that area and derives more satisfaction from it?

I can't say because a course pays well with significantly less stress compared to another one, I should go and do it when my core passion is for the latter.
