The most ridiculous post here was where one nitwit cast aspersions on biafran products when Nigeria still imports toothpick.
These idiotts are also the ones downgrading chinese products while china rides the african continent to superpower status.
Laughable.

IGBOSON1:
^^^Maybe the guy or someone in his family is gunning for one of the junior and/or less important ministerial positions Buhari will no doubt reserve for Ndigbo.....that's if he actually is Igbo!
You really don't think deep.
Biafra agitation by igbo leaders in Nigeria is making us lose at both ends.
I want biafra, but it should be pursued with tact not senselessly.
It does not make any sense for all of igboland to put her eggs in one biafran basket. It has made igboland political liliputians.
Ohanaeze should be focused on securing igbo interests within the Nigerian polity by creating a ''temporary'' bridge with the north however distasteful, while IPOB should lobby biafran interests outside Nigerian shores which is where most of the work needs to be done.
Politics › Should Ndi-igbo Suspend Seccesionistic Agenda For Now? by CSTR2(op): 11:59pm On Sep 26, 2015
Nigeria as we know it will never move beyond third world status or at best barely second world. Anybody with a brain knows this.
And as it is normal for any vibrant progressive people, the desire to break free and develop will remain paramount, which is why the biafran agenda is keenly pursued by ndi-igbo.
But then, the question is, At what cost?.
The lofty agenda of biafra has made the igbo nation lose sight of more immediate concerns in the Nigerian political sphere, and has created a vacuum of power in the south, which has given some southern opportunistic groups an undue advantage in the whole power play.
The current system where ndi-igbo have not produced a president for decades is unacceptable.
The first president and the father of an independent Nigerian nation was an igbo man. Igbo sons and daughters were prominent Nigerian politicians and power brokers in the 60s when Nigeria still had any atom of promise.
Yes, the murder of tafawa balewa set us back politically, and the civil war nailed the coffin, but we should have recuperated politically by now if our leaders knew what they were doing.
The childish angle by which ndi-igbo pursue biafra at the expense of current realities is unworthy of the igbo nation.
We need to wake up and take the bull by the the horn.!!!
Biafran actualization should be left to diasporean igbos, while igbo political leaders in Nigeria may lend a tacit support while pursuing one-Nigeria vocally and all its perks.
We need to go and re-learn the politics of shameless compromise and opportunism of the 60s.
Ohanaeze should rebuild bridges with the north, yes we may need to hold our nose, but the end justifies the means.
Nnamdi azikiwe already laid an example for us in the first republic. We need to go back and re-learn the principles he laid down for us, and apply them atleast for now till biafra becomes in-sight and inevitable.
The actualization of the rightful place of the igbo nation in Nigerian political system is the highest priority right now.

Damn!!!...I feel so angry right now. I'm short of words mehn.

Each and every day, I see more reasons to fear women. Fu_ck!
Women are some serious game.
Just enjoy your time with them and move on.
IF you are feeling the urge to marry, just get one and put at home and forget about it.
I can't die because of a woman.
That my cousin is now a serial player. Sleeping with anything in skirts.
And it is the very classy bittches{women one would normally take home to mama} he sleeps with and dumps nowadays based on oil company worker levels.

It appears you don't know what you are talking about. The fundraising was for the Chad Basin, you can't separate the LCBC from it. Also, only an ignorant armchair analyst would not see any difference in the boko haram crises.
The chad basin memebers are the victims of bokoharam, so ofcourse, the fundraising is for them.
But still, the LCBC was not created by the UN but by Nigeria. The LCBC has its own fundraisers independent of the UN.
Any fundraiser sponsored by the UN for nations suffering bokoharam terror is not under the LCBC. The nations submit their needs to the UN as different entities.
And please, could you tell me one thing that has changed? I seriously want to know.
Every inch of nigerian territory was under Nigerian control before jonathan left office.
So, i hope you don't use it as a campaign for buhari.
Btw, we are all arm-chair analysts. Unless you work in the NSA ,DSS or military, with direct and real updates, then you are an arm chair analyst.
Politics › Re: Ministerial Appointments: S/east ‘ll Still Be Shortchanged — Rep Nwonu by CSTR2: 6:41pm On Sep 26, 2015
Bleh.
A ministerial post under buhari is not something worth fighting for. The people he is probably going to appoint are almajiris and those who require 2,3 and 4 to enter unity schools.
One look at the president and the hopelessness of Nigeria just gets you.

Anioma suffered severely from murtala muhammed's anti-igbo genocidic attacks.

You don't have to be rude to make your point. There's a lake Chad Basin commission in charge of this issue. It is not compulsory or necessary to attend a volunteer fundraising. Concerted efforts are already been made to get things done. We're not that helpless or stranded like the previous administration painted us. The idea was we were failing because America didn't sell weapons to us, that era is gone.
The lake chad commission is a west african-chad-cameroon initiative. It has nothing to do with the UN.
Nigeria is the face of bokoharam terrorism and when the UN organize its own fundraiser, it is common sense that Nigeria should lead.
Btw, i can't see any difference between the past administration and now.
Bokoharam is still wrecking devastation on innocent lives and properties.
I can't list one new thing this administration has done differently aside changing the military heads.
Aside empty rhetorics, pictures and propagandas, there is nothing concrete that shows Nigeria is no longer helpless as you like to put it.

Happened to one of my cousin. Dated this pretty babe to the point of marriage.
I advised him to consummate the relationship with the babe, the lady convinced the nigga that she was a virgin and should wait which he did.
Sadly this lady was a two timing bittch.
My cousin was in the creeks working an oil installation when he decided to check his email during break and saw naked pictures of his so-called fiancee sent from an anonymous guy.
The most provoking picture was the one where this useless fiancee had someone else's spermm all over her with her legs spread like a porn star, my guy nearly ran mad and had to be given a few weeks off to recuperate.
When i saw the pics i was sad and angry at the same time.
The worst thing a man can do in a relationship is to dull himself.

It's a fundraising, duh. It's not a must to be present. We're not helpless.
Oh boy shut up and stop talking nonsense.
Your third world country is the worst hit and the most devastated victim of bokoharam terrorism.
A fundraiser is conducted in your honour by the UN and you decided to be absent due to gross negligence.
Go and learn how to be an intelligent sycophant.

Russia is our dark Knight, their agenda of de-dollarization of the global economy and getting away of the petrodollar is going to lead the world away from the American empire, though it may lead to a Russian-Chinese empire but at least they aren't selling bullsh-t lies like freedom or democracy.

But since you voted the APC you can bet Nigeria will be on the losing side.

This why we in the better south want nothing to do with your slave nation.

Why did you not vote GEJ?
So you don't prefer freedom and democracy compared to autocracy and dictatorship?
If you actually believe a russian-chinese superpower union is better for the world than america, then you must either be very deluded or hateful.
Give me one thing russia and even china has contributed to the world as human innovation?

The most ridiculous thing is that you find many of them on nairaland talking about how the SW hate corruption.
They hate corruption, yet their elected leaders and states are epitomes of monumental corruption rivaling the core north.
There is no region in the south that is as backward and corruptly governed as the SW.
Astonishing contradiction.

Thank you for your opinion.
I'm sure you have heard or read of Anambra's performance in waec and neco.
I hold no brief for the government but I'm sure you will agree security is equally important. Citing the recent robbery in Ikorodu, you will at least agree that an unsecured water way is a major security threat to any state especially on these times of militancy.
This was done for Anambra people. It's worthy of commendation.
If he was spending money on Rams or Christmas chicken, I would criticize him.
Thank you.
Show me evidence of how state govts providing APCs for police,e.t,c. has reduced crime.
If the water-ways are unsecured, then call the attention of the FG.
Hold the navy heads to their responsibility.
Anambra waec performance has nothing to do here.

He is not lik er equipping them intoto, he is more or less assisting because he is their host since there is a Naval base in Onitsha. It is the same as one a governor is giving patrol vans to the police. Obiano also donated to the riverrhine communities- speed boats for river transport and river ambulances for medical assistance.
I don't have problem with the speed boats and ambulances.
My grouse is with diverting anambra hard earned money to funding a FG agency.
Anambra is one of the least receipient of federal allocations.
Anambra works hard for its money. It shouldn't be wasted on a FG agency.
There are more pressing issues requiring state govt attention.

The western world calls Nigeria a zoo and it dosen't bother you.
Why should it bother you when someone else calls it a zoo?.
Afterall igboland is also part of the Nigerian zoo atleast currently.
Nigeria does not deserve a zoo status, atleast there is orderliness in zoos.

Do you know about Sea pirates? This was what Northern governor should have but they neglected it, today Boko Haram is about wiping away the entire north. Obiano is providing leadership. Read through, he even provided ocean going ambulances for riverrhine areas.
The navy is there already.
It is not the job of obiano to equip them.
Billions of dollars is appropriated to the ''military'' every year.
Bokoharam became what it is because the northern leaders gave them tacit support and used them for political gain.
It was not their job to fund the military either.

I'm from Kuala Lumpur, that's what they'd want to hear
You are assuming Nigeria is civilized.
Biafrans having peaceful protests are being shot by Nigerian forces. What is the reaction you were expecting.?
Catalonia and the rest did not face such barbarity.
I don't support violence but Nigeria is not exactly a civilized nation.
