It was killed by Multi choice (A south African company) that fears any local competitor. Multi choice knows that its gold mine is in its exclusive broadcast right of EPL and ECL

It was killed because the Yoruba owner of hitv was buying cars and carrying big yansh women to Dubai and America with borrowed funds.

Gross mismanagement killed hitv.

This can be a very complicated policy that it takes a lot of brain work to do a good job.

If you force dstv to sell, others may buy for peanuts and hence discourage further investments by dstv.

I expect that the policy should be fine tuned such that for every year, the FG set a price floor and price cap which would be based on the amount that Sky Sports and BT sports sold to Nigeria.

But they are not missile defense systems. And they are active far quicker than a missile defense systems would detect.

Early warning systems are different from surface to air missile defense systems.
Early warning systems are not missiles. They are alarms.

And EWS can work thousands of miles from where the missile is being fired unlike defense systems that wait for the missile to get in range.

Why are people screaming about patriotism and backstabbing. If the Nigeria voters felt oshoalla was not deserving of the award, they had to follow their hearts. That's fairness. We have seen cases in FIFA when captains of particular countries voted for another nationals despite having citizens of their countries as nominees.
