Over glorification of certificates is the bane of our stagnation in this part of the world. Some guys breaking the ground and leading the tech world in the Silicon Valley are university certificate-less, but churning out innovations that the world is enjoying.

However, I’m not condemning certification or certificate, but we should appreciate talents that God has given everyone.

Have you ever seen a PhD or master’s holder making waves in the music industry? Mention one. Which grade did Wizkid have in university? Mention the grade Burnaboy had in musicology?

You are actually attempting to reply an idiot who is supporting an old crook with no certificate, while insulting a man with a plethora of management certificates from the best schools in the world.
