Did you calculate the lagoons and the ocean, when calculating land mass, they are included. It has a long stretch of shore lines. You don't have ocean and and you have only land, so you can drive easily.

If Lagos is smaller than every Eastern state, it means you will drive far less shorter hours around Lagos than you would in any single Eastern state.
