Everytime I see the price of Bitcoin on binance, I feel like crying. |

This man Ibori is a crook, we should all shun the thought of giving that money back to Delta state since we all know one way or the other the money will find its way back to James Ibori’s purse 1999-2021 from Ibori to Uduaghan and now Okowa Funny thing is some folks still come here to celebrate these thieves, I can’t fit can Same way some Lagosians celebrate Tinubu
*sighs Only time will tell You don't have to give the money to Delta physically. The FG can do projects there as well as give to the poor in Delta just like they gave abacha loot to the northern poor. |

Dangote does not buy Limestone. He does not imprt it.
Yet Nigerian cement is the most expensive in this part of the world. Imagine what the greedy man will do to petrol.
And the sad thing is that once he gains early investor avantage in petrol production, he is going to crash any potential investment with predatory pricing and government contacts.
You think the abokiis up north in govt are dedicated to free market policy? |

Armaggedon: who is deceiving you? the bold is the opinion of cinema movie makers. cinema movies are crap. They have good cinematography, good directing and are flamboyantly shot but very poor stories. A script is like a framework of a movie. Once a story lack relatability, universal appeal (does not appeal to all class, gender and age) and lacks connection to our culture, it will have no take home lesson and people will never connect to it.
The movies you speak of get shown once in a while on pay TV and they are nothing but over-mechanical hollywood wanna-be. That is your subjective opinion. Is oloture or October 1st a Hollywood wannabe? |

When a doctor is expecting to be paid 10,000 pounds a month in Nigeria, then there is a problem.
Maybe when the Nigerian economy is at $2 trillion, commensurate to the UK. |

feedthenation: ---This news is very old---between 2018 and now quite a number of health workers have been recruited to work in UK---there is even an NHS Trust that just recently, early this year welcomed nurses from Nigeria, Philippines and India---
Although it is not good that there is brain-drain from Nigeria---however if these health workers are treated with respect and paid well---they won't be forced to take their services overseas--- There can be never be the same level of pay between the UK and Nigeria. The difference in the economy is huge. We should be asking for comfortable pay for doctors within the Nigerian standards. Doctors too need to be patriotic. They did not pay British level of school fees to become doctors, surely they can't expect Nigeria to pay them thousands of pounds equivalent a month. |

The leaders there are not worth piss. Even the best among the current crop is below average even in Nigerian standards.
You say the different tiny states has their own peculiar issues. Can't you create specialised sub-divisions under a unified security umbrella?
Don't blame the east too much for supporting kanu. Would you rally around those idiotic leaders if you were Igbo.?
That is why a man like Peter Obi is an enigma. He is the most capable politician in southern Nigeria right now. How he managed to come from Igbo political pipeline is a mystery. |

This is in a country with high rate of road accidents.
And one of the Neurosurgeons died this year due to ambulance not having first aid kit for asthma. |
