I am sure that building was being erected by a politician or goverment contractor through a proxy property developer that bypassed all building codes.
You will only see these Lagos ministry officials going to hinterlands and developing areas of Lagos marking buildings with red/black "stop work" letters,but become very mute or easily bribed off when buildings are constructed in high brow areas.

Those red mark means 'come see oga for office'.

If the minimum wage is 30k

30x12= 360k.

The average salary in private sector is 50k

50x12 = 600k.

Even if you're save 10% of any of the above you can only get to 500k in 4years.

For me this is bad advice. Yes you will satisfy your yearning for a child but understand the lifelong consequences for the child without a father, without a sense of where he/she came from can be very damaging. that child will always feel inadequate no matter what you do. it is bad enough for children from broken homes, talk less children of a sperm donor.
