Abeg I don't have enough time to tell long story . But I will make sure I capture some of my experience in Lagos island.

Note : If you have not been to Lagos island please make sure you do before Jesus Christ come.

It's an experience worth having .
I was opportuned to get a job with industrial cleaning company in Lagos . We clean houses of rich men before the they pack in .That was how I entered houses of rich men and celebrities in Lekki, Victoria Island Eko Atlantic etc.

I have entered Don Jazzy house , Ay Comedian, 2 face. Etc. More of non celebrity super rich billionaires.

I cried when I entered one Igbo guy house his name is Frances. I asked God one qestion " Lord why are some people so rich while some people are so poor in the same country"

People reading this comment who are currently in Lagos island will tell you that demon of poverty is no where around Lekki.

Some churches in Lagos island runs on 24 hour electricity . Example house on the rock.
Brethren Some people are enjoying heaven here Earth. Although you can't compare heaven and Earth but some people have unimaginable wealth here in Nigeria .

Am just writing for people who have not been there . If you want to come to Lagos make sure you visit places around Lagos island.
You don't have to cry...with time you will get used to it. Don't envy don't crumble.

That's the problem, but i think Indonesia can now differentiate igbos from other tribe.
Some east Asia countries now know them by their tribe...have you wonder how they get to get them arrested everyday...they are now narrowed down to their name. The ibocrites have also deduced that they can be recognized by their name. They're now changing name to not reflect that'CH' prefix or suffix.

True

Meaning it will increase agricultural production their price will drop (inflation curbed) and that will make for money to be diversified into other ventures
It is stil a good venture to raise standard of living amongst Nigerians
I understand u
Thanks for the insights
It's not so easy like that...the joy of the farmer is when prices goes up. But bad for the consumer...when prices goes down the farmer will farm less of that commodity the only thing that can be done is if government can guarantee price.

This is insightful

But u know agricultural products have byproducts that can be exported

Cocoa, cashew nuts, etc are in high demand

I dont think the world is flooded with food right now...the world is even faced with food shortage to feed the growing population

I understand the best to do at this hour is to encourage import substitutions initiatives, drive SMEs with affordable loans and also open the border with less charges....
The problem of agriculture produce is that when we start supplying the international market the price will drop due to glut. Check the prices of cocoa and other... agricultural produce should be majorly for local consumption.

God bless you bro
What are we exportinghuh
Even agricultural production have been on the decline because of government failure to tackle herdsmen clashes, borders was locked all this while so many business have go extinct especially SMEs

The current budget is recurrent based so what to export when we're not producing
Where do we want to export agricultural produce to...most western nations are saturated with foods. Of we allow they will flood our country with food.

A serious government will seek for import substitution. And encouraging her industry to make export standard product, search for market for them and give them export quotas

This man dished out some insightful assertions on the programme yesterday, I am satisfied to some extent, we just have to increase our exportation, a stronger economy lead to stronger currency m
Your country cannot increase export without production.

Trust me the avenue to export are minute and very difficult to do.

loveth360:
I Almost Became #UnknownGunman in Enugu Last Night - Igbonekwu
Ogazimorah | #IgbereTV Please beware!
The mad dogs are already let
out the pen. Possibly, avoid
army or DSS checkpoints in the
South East, especially at night.
A young, lanky soldier, apparently below 25, almost
killed me about 8.37pm at Park
Avenue, GRA, Enugu.
My offence was that i drove up
to their barricade at the DSS
State Headquarters, along Park Aveneue, and immediately i
saw soldiers standing, civil
men and women kneeling on
the tarmac - likely earlier
victims - i stopped and
contemplated my further moves.
He ran up to me and started
raining abuses. I was
surprised. I calmly asked him
whether i should turn back.
That now enraged him more. I quickly switched to silence,
which now enraged him more.
'You no dey talk, banza,' he
shouted.
Gun corked, as he called
another soldier, likely superior and demanded, 'make i waste
this banza.' The noise made as
the gun was being corked?
Nerve shattering. Likely it had
not been serviced for
sometime. But i did not need to be told it was, nevertheless,
lethal. Even it wqs not, it was
not for me to ask or test the
youthful enraged soldier.
The superior came, looked me
over and scolded me for trying to use the road.
'Idiot, you never hear say we
dey close this road by 8pm?
Turn and find another road,' he
cursed, imperiously.
He turned on his heels, and as i made to reverse, the younger
chap who had strode off ran up
again, and tried to yank my
door open. He couldn't contain
his rage when he discovered
that the doors were locked. His hands were flaring. I was
surprised, and quickly wound
down.
'Come down, idiot.' He yelled.
I complied on the instant.
He peered into my car and snorted, 'idiot, because you
dey drive jeep na him go make
you come here this time.'
I said i was sorry. Perhaps, it
escaped me that i had almost
successfully managed them with silence.
'If you talk that sorry again i
go just waste you here and
nothing go happen,' he said
with every severity he could
muster. I reverted to my silence
strategy.
Soon, he noticed that other
vehicles behind me were
quickly reversing and heading
back. He chased one yellow bus with so much force and
fury that i concluded he must
be on some substance.
Any way, that presented me
an opportunity to slip into my
car and slip away. I have no doubt that what fires
him is likely more of hate than
duty, because i was completely
compliant to his orders and
unreasonable reasonings, so
there was no reason for his rage.
I spoke to SOMEBODY shortly
afterwards and he said:
"...please, in the coming days,
find a way to keep clear of
those boys. Their briefing is an indoctrination of hatred by
those who believe that the
Igbo played a major role in
profiling the Fulani and the
relentless protestations
leading to herder discomfiture so far. Don't even rule out
vengeance. So, keep clear of
them for now..."
Another SOMEBODY said, "let us
all work hard to outlive this
junta." I hung up.

Politics › LEKKI MASSACRE; The Role Of A Company That Enable It. by CUMIN(op): 1:27pm On Oct 10, 2021
Today marks the 1st year anniversary of the infamous killing by the Nigerian Army.

One thing people failed to cover is the 'enabling action' of a company called Lekki Concession Company (LCC). who with a fore knowledge that the military will attack and kill the Nigerian youth.

Made an arrangement with the federal government to remove all installed camera around where the killing will be done.

The company also went far as to shut the bright light at the tollgate so that the crime can be done at the cover of the night darkness. Several months after the incident the advert billboard is still in operation which begs the question why was it switched off just only when they shut out.

Some people believe that the managers of the toll gate seek to sacrifice some human bloods to make the business a booming one which the killing was a perfect alliance with their agenda.

It's been a year after the incident. We the Nigerian youth have moved on. But the death of our comrades that died at the bullet paid by the tax payers income will never be forgotten.
