On 12th oct, i went for regular antinatals.On seeing the gynecologist,i expressed my concerns about how tired i was with the pregnancy and how i want it over with( they were use to my usual rant) that was 38wks 3days.
I had initially told them that my two previous kids were born at 41wks and that i was worried my twins would get to 40weeks at least.
On the 12th being monday,i went for my regular antinatal and i insist that i should be checked....gynecologist declined that he will only check me at my next visit which would have been 39weeks 3days.
I have had two kids before now.However,i do not know what labor is all about.My worries were that i might fall into labor at home unknown to me since i have never had labor pain before.(i usually dilate without pain or cramp)
Finally,gynecologist decided to check me after i narrated my two previous stories to him.On checking me,i was already 5cm dilated.I was admitted immediately. Dh had to take our kids back home (they came with us to the hospital).Dh couldn’t make it back on time due to traffic and i refused to go to labor ward for doc to rupture my membrane (i told them i needed to wait for him.(He missed the birth of the first two due to the nature of his job.i didnt want him to miss this one).At about 8pm,he got to the hospital,we went to the labor ward together and i was already 8cm.The 3 doctors attending to me were beyond surprised as they couldn’t believe someone can be 8cm without pain.
My membrane was ruptured and contraction became strong and almost unbearable.I held Dh hands tight whenever the contractions starts....at a point,i had to hold the bed as i didn’t want to break his bones I continued with my confession (i will contract and dilate without pain)and continued speaking in tongues. 30min later,i asked Dh to go get the doctor as we were using a private labor ward and they all seems far away.On getting to me,i asked the doctor that i have urge to push and he insisted i shouldn’t.I asked him to then check me which he declined that the gynecologist gave him instruction to check me by 11pm.I had to narrate my story to him that i am not like order people and that he shouldn’t use general knowledge to handle my case.I told him my labor are usually very short. He insisted on not checking me until Dh told him he has to check me as i am saying the truth.He reluctantly checked me and said i am fully dilated but it has to thin out before i can push.He said i should wait for another 20min.3min later,i told the nurse stationed at my bedside to call the doctor as i can’t hold the urge to push....before she stood up,my baby head was out...the next push,the whole body flew out and almost falling down....everyone had to struggle to hold twin 1.
Twin 2 was breech so they had to manually turn my stomach to turn twin 2 to cephalic position.Contraction started back immediately and after a min or two,twin 2 came out.
They were 11min apart.One of the doctors looked at me and said « i have never taken an easy delivery like this in all my years of practice « .
I was cleaned up and taken to my room to bath and rest(no tear or episiotomy) Twin 1 a boy weigh 2.96 Twin 2 a girl weigh 2.44

U have a very good result except the infection which u have to treat.When u see ur doctor he will explain better.Madam has to go for HVS to know her infection status n if they discover anything she can as well treat. When DH had it. He was prescribed Cprx(not the cheap ones)because of sensitivity, doxycycline n oxytetracycline for 10days.
Mommdav: That is when you do an hysteroscopy. Its done by a gynaecologist if your fibroids are inside the womb/uterus cavity. He passes a tiny camera and a knife into your womb through the vgay. Don't worry you won't feel much pain, you will be given medication to deaden your waist downward. You may even see in a TV while the fibroid is being removed.
Try use wobenzym and serrapeptase a week after the procedure to try prevent adhesion. Any operation around your womb could cause adhesion/scar tissue and this could cause further delay

A doctor that has been doing these for God knows how long don't know when it best time to get suck results
Later after clomid, I didn't get pregnant even after doing follicular tracking, before the egg would drop, we made love before, during and after the egg dropped. she was now saying it is either progesterone(citing the progesterone was low and could not hold the sperm-I was mad a doc will parmutate) or my dh sperms- can you see?.
Immediately, we went of SFA, result came out 28million count, mortility 75% morphology was good. Immediately she said I should take progesterone and do Hormonal profile not admiting she made a mistake by telling me to do hormal profile on day 10.
After the resultts came out she said my hormones are inbalanced and I will take drugs again, no issues. I only asked a question and she said, "I am the boss here and madam I don't deal with negativity you can consult another doctor" imagine such insolence after goofing. Tell me, why I will not be mad and inform other people about her?

My Doctor place me on primolut n and some drugs for one month on 14th of January I saw AF on February 21 there was no period in March I too home test 30th of march it was negative. 2nd of April I prepared ginger and garlic combo(my first time taking combo) I took it for a week still no period. on the 17th of April I went to the hospital to complain about my period not coming my Dr asked me to run a pregnancy blood test I refused he was so sure I was pregnant. I told him I wasn't period as I wasn't having any pregnancy symptoms, so he gave me primolut n again this time he's going to give me clomid and injection once AF comes.. that was how I left the hospital and started taking the tablets. 2 days later i had a fever my lower lip was swollen and itchy then on Monday being 20th of April at about 1 am the fever came out it was so bad dh had to rush me to a nearby hospital I explained to Dr so they gave me injection and ask me to go home and come back in the morning when their lab would be opened for test . I couldn't go in the morning cos I was so tired I went in the afternoon did Typhoid test it came out I had Typhoid. On our way home I stopped by at a pharmacy got some test trips ..got home did test lo and behold it came back positive.

I'm still scared, what if baby decides to come now, what are the chances of survival? They gave me some drugs to mature baby's lungs. I've lost two and I'm not loosing this one.
God forbid u loose this baby.God does not disappoint at the last hour so please keep your Faith high.Your baby has a high chance of survival even if u birth today so please don't be scared n work with your doctors.please I hope u r in a hospital that has neonatal care facilities if not I suggest u run to one that has.

Hi Dear,Folic Acid n Vit E is best absorbed with food.I took mine(Folic n Vit E) at night immediately after food reason because I was on another supplement(pregnacare conception) which I used in the mornings so either ways it doesn't matter.Breakfast is an important meal n staying hydrated always is beneficial too.My husby was also on Vit E, C n Folic acid. Vit E is vital in woman's fertility as it helps create a conducive environment(cervical muscus) where the sperm can easily swim from the virginal to the uterus where the egg is.Naturally,Fertile cervical mucus will actually help sperm move towards the egg,however if ur cervical mucus isn't fertile enough, sperm can't survive for days.
Mirian91: Good day mamas. It's my first time here, I'm a TTC. Please pardon my long post and read till the end. I'm here because my mind is playing tricks on me. So I got married last year. I and hubby decided to wait to put things in place before making babies (our mistake, if only I knew I will be eager to be pregnant now). Hubby was using withdrawal method to avoid pregnancy (he's an expert) and it worked. I remember vividly some months last year 2019, I could feel my ovulation discharge so well but my naive self needed to stabilize in my job before bringing babies. Fast forward November 2019 we got ready to conceive till now we have been hitting on my fertile days and nothing has happened o. I'm so scared because I'm being both anxious on my most fertile days. I have the flo app and another app that helps me keep track of my fertile days. Infact hubby downloaded the flo app first and he's keeping track too. I have a regular period and feel ovulation pain.
My health history At some point in 2016 I had ovarian cyst that lasted for one year before it disappeared. It caused me so much pain during menstrual periods that I vomitted and had high fever all through the 5 days of period. I took felvin all the time to ease the pain. I just got to know that felvin causes anovulation.
Again, Since this January I started having severe menstrual cramps that stops my daily activities. It hurts so bad that I end up in the hospital to get some pain relieve injections (Pentazocine). This is actually where my fear grew. I never experienced such pain.
I took clomid in December but ignorantly waited for ovulation day in January to copulate with hubby and we missed it. February I treated PID with hubby because doctor suspects it might be the cause of my severe menstrual cramps. Out of anxiety I frequent hospitals for scans (abdomino-pelvic) 3 times a month cause I had movements in my stomach and every thing came out fine. In March I track my ovulation through Transvaginal scan and saw the follicle that would release egg. We tried and my period still came out I felt sad. Has anyone been in my shoes? I read people say remove your mind and have sex but honestly having sex now feels like chores because we are focused on something. Worst still, hubby's sperm doesn't come out all the time we make love. If we make love twice a day he will only come once and will have to force himself to come the next round which will still not happen(maybe psychological). Can anyone offer me advice or encouragement. I really don't want to get to a point where I will feel depressed. I'm currently in my 2 weeks wait. Fertile period ended today. Please wish me luck. Thanks for reading and also for your patience.

I want to imploy GTC n TTC women to always chart their monthly cycle.it goes a long way.There are apps that makes it easy like flo,Glow,ovia fertility n the rest.It offers the option to record moods, cervical fluid data, sexual activity and any other personal notes everyday at least if we can do that religiously for 3 to 4 months so we can have an idea n also be able to explain to our doctors guilding him with the charts to prescribe medications n appropriate test that needs to be done. This chart helps to know our body system.when we chart we will have an idea whether the app goes in line with our body system, whether we should trust it in making that big decision in baby dancing or not. For instance,if ur App predict ovulation day to be day 14 but u charted u saw cervical fuild day 12 so that means there's need for reconciliation.In essence,don't chart only ur mensural period,also include changes in your body, ur moods,cervical discharge, sex n all, so that at the end of the cycle u will be able to tell what n what u missed. It is not advisable to take throughout the cycle if u r GTC.There has been some concern that taking vitamin E supplements might be harmful to the fetus when taken in early pregnancy.However,Its best taken the day after your period stops to the day before your ovulation.

I also ttced for 2years 3months before I had my first child..and another 2years plus again before I got pregnant the second time and on both occasions, I had an irregular flow as long as 50-56 days or more..I went for tests.took drugs but still no solution.
I eventually got tired of all d drugs and turned to God, my Mother Mary and stuck to just folic acid + vitamin E (the soft yellow ones by Mason and Nature's field, I guess any other brand wld also do).
I noticed the vit E made my period more irregular but one thing remained constant for both pregnancies, after taking the vit E + folic acid combo for about 14 days or so , my cycle got longer and within 6weeks or so I got preggy on two different occasions of course with lots of prayers as well...
Dunno if it's a coincidence or not but please check in with your doctors and hear what they have to say about the vitE + folic acid combo cause it worked for me.. Just tot to share...praying God grants everyone here their special heart desires, in Jesus name, Amen!!!

Babiesoflagos: Here are some more healthy tips: 1. Eat small portions of food. Convert ur 3 square meal into 6 - 8 portions. 2. After eating, sit up for a while before lying down. 3. Avoid alcohol, fatty, spicy, greasy foods. 4. Take yoghurts. Take milk wen you feel d heartburns. 5. When you eventually lie down, use a pillow to keep ur head elevated.
I'm guessing you are in ur 3rd trimester and it's very normal to have heartburn. It's caused by a combination of hormone and pressure from the big bouncing baby inside your tummy. The size of ur baby tends to exert pressure on ur stomach causing acid to move up to the oesophagus, dats wat causes the burning sensation. Let us know if any of the tips help. Warmest regards.
