This is to tell you those media hiding atiku and Co infos but only reporting that of tinubu are doing a hatched job for political reasons. Atiku didn't even include both primary and secondary education in his own form and now okowa, but it's only tinubu the media put for head. At last,na shame all of them go collect. |

Bravetunde: These is the least obi will do. Everywhere will be clean and sparkling. Our naira will be stronger, youth will live longer as there will tight security. If theivenubu cannot take care of his teeth, and appear neat is it the entire Nigeria. Shittin under the bridge in osunn state must stop.i trust obi to do that. Vote wisely, vote the American standard president who is educated, neat, well spoken, intelligent, prudent with resources and a lover of the youth. No wonder all the educated youth want to die for obi. Once obi becomes president, kiss unemployment bye bye. Hmmmm...make una dey take am easy nah.. Obi is not going to govern only anambra or osun state alone,he's going to govern all 36 states of the federation. With all these huge expectations expecting of him,the man will just drop dead within a month from overload of work. |

majole: Nobody has said Buhari doesn't matter. Did Buhari matter in any APC Primaries in 2023? E go shock you guys. Brother nobody is saying governors don't matter. It depends on the state and the dynamics. Like in the core north no PDP Governor could stand firm and criticize Buhari if he/she intends to win election etc. There is limitation to the influence of a governor in presidential election depending on the dynamics. Eg in 2023 a PDP Governor in the SW can't be seen as strongly opposing Tinubu if he/she wants to be re_elected etc We will continue this discussion next time... Take care |

majole: Suit yourself. Only a fool would compare Buhari to Atiku. Kwankwaso get political structure pass Atiku? Enjoy yourself. Even Buhari doesn't have Atiku political structure. Try and understand TERMINOLOGIES BEFORE USING THEM. POPULARITY IS DIFFERENT FROM STRUCTURE Which structure does atiku get ??. Jumping from one party to another is your own definition of structure??. So all of a sudden, buhari no longer matter again because he is not contesting? Hmmmm....so much for a master analyst. Since governors are politically useless, do we now say osun gov will lose his election and tinubu a southerner will win in Southern states of enugu, abia, cross river, akwa ibom, rivers and delta??. Make una dey analyse with sense nah..haba!!!. |

majole: What was the effect of PDP Northern governors when Buhari was contesting since 2003 in the North? You put narratives that suit you.
Of course governors would have effect but to what extent? What effect is the governor of plateau going to bring etc what effect is Makinde going to give PDP? There is limitation Lol....don't tell me you are putting atiku side by side with buhari... Pdp won north in 99,2003,2007 and partly in 2011 solely because they had majority states under pdp. Buhari is a grassroot politician with cult like followers whereas same can't be said about atiku. Infact RMK get political structure than atiku. You are still playing tribal politics,e go clear for your eyes that atiku is a paper weight politician that can't move any vote with his name. |

Some of you making permutations based on Atiku being a northerner... e go shock you how he will be roundly defeated in that same north.why would apc governors want to lose their states because of atiku?.what would be their reward if pdp win the election?.you think they don't still have political career ahead of them?.why is nobody talking about buhari effect even when he is still alive and a sitting president?. I will start taking you serious when apc governors start decamping to pdp. As for Obi and others, either they forge any alliance or go solo,it's all pdp loss and apc advantage. |
Politics › Re: 2023: Form Alliance To Defeat Tinubu, Atiku – Adeyanju Urges Peter Obi, Others by CutieKing: 5:11pm On Jun 14, 2022 |
People especially youths need to understand the science of politics. Members of any political party will vote for their party candidates irrespective of religion or tribe before considering any other factors . The third force....the independent (unaffiliated) voters may then decide to vote any other candidates elsewhere. Now apc has over 40million registered members and pdp has around 25million,if half of these members vote for their party candidates, they already have an advantage over other candidates without a strong members base. The general elections coming up is and still will be between apc and pdp. This is the plain truth and nothing but the truth. |

True..very true.. The major backbone of pdp in the south are igbo and if they make true their threat to queue behind Obi,I don't know where those pdp block vote will come from. On the other hand,Obi labour party will just take pdp votes in the south and that's all. |

You see why it's not good to analyze politics from the emotional angle. I intentionally followed you because of this day.I boldly told you osinbajo would not emerge,i challenged you to a bet which you declined....PM you so I can share some political discus with you personally but you ignored all. JohnBullMySon: I hope I'm not. He's the man to beat in the south west. Beside Lagos, he's taking all states from 65-70%. But I'm afraid he needs total victory (90%) there to put up with the uncertainties of other regions. Tinubu will put a fight, but I don't think his reliance on party members will deliver for him on the national level. I'm looking at figures and details from all past elections and making my comments based on them. It seems to be more about the person. It explains why people crisscross parties a lot. If you get the gut, Let's bet on sw. Pdp will struggle to get 10%. |

Politics › Re: APC Presidential Primary: (Live Updates, Pictures & Results) by CutieKing: 12:38pm On Jun 08, 2022 |
JohnBullMySon: Well, it looks like I know the election details more than you. Buhari swept the entire North under ANPP in 2003 and under CPC in 2011. Southern solidarity was what kept PDP alive. Tinubu doesn't even have the south.
Osinbajo was the best candidate for an APC presidential victory. But those who don't learn from history are bound to repeat it. 2023 elections would have been a repeat of the 2003 elections where Buhari, Obasanjo and Ojukwu ran. Obasanjo being a credible candidate swept the south west and south south and divided the South east with Ojukwu. It is not far fetched to say that things will likely have shaped the same way under Atiku, Tinubu and Osinbajo.
Internal politics and sentiment did not allow APC to understand that Tinubu will not fly nationally. They care more about satisfying Tinubu's ambition then believing that somehow things will work out for them. Lets see how it goes. Please rest....all this gibberish amount to self deceit and defeat. I will upload election results of 2003,2007 and 2011 here for you later. If you are good at data crunching, teach yourself some analytical lesson or go meet senator shettima to do that for you. |

Politics › Re: APC Presidential Primary: (Live Updates, Pictures & Results) by CutieKing: 11:50am On Jun 08, 2022 |
JohnBullMySon: This statement made me laugh a bit. This is not APC primaries where you talk about party structure and delegates. In the 2011 elections, PDP states in the north heavily voted for Buhari even though he was in CPC. When it comes to general elections in the north, it's the Northern candidate that wins my brother, APC structure means nothing.
Buhari can help a bit if he throws in weight for Tinubu seriously. But, with the level of animosity showing up, I can predict whether he'll do that. You people still don't get it...this primary is not close at all,it shows one thing....unity of purpose.northern governors truly delivered for him.they will do so again next year. Mko won convincingly in the north, obasanjo won in the north, even Jonathan performed well in the north, what now make you think tinubu own will be different??. |
Politics › Re: APC Presidential Primary: (Live Updates, Pictures & Results) by CutieKing: 11:42am On Jun 08, 2022 |
Victoronah1: Tinubu is a Yoruba, Buhari is Hausa, two different people, Amaechi was who did campaign for Buhari and not tinubu. If tinubu gets third in this election, he should thank his God, 2 different people but same political party..you guys still analyzing politics with emotions, apc has enormous structures in the North and they will rally around their candidate to protect their own political interest. |
Politics › Re: APC Presidential Primary: (Live Updates, Pictures & Results) by CutieKing: 11:29am On Jun 08, 2022 |
REALITY CHECK!!!..
To those doubting Tinubu chances at the general election should know he has effectively hijacked Buhari structure in the North with his foot soldiers. He will get same votes as Buhari from the north. All he has to worry about is the southern votes. If Tinubu stay alive till election day, he's the president in waiting. |

Does anyone has a different view? You see why nigeria is what it is.you want buhari to go autocratic so as to suit your expectations but when it's reverse, you will come on here to accuse him of being a dictator. And who even told you osinbajo is buhari candidate in the first place?. |
