Also, to answer your question, you don't need professional recognition for your field. The ZAB is enough.

They need to enforce 18 years old as the legal age in Northern Nigeria, just like it is in Southern Nigeria. Are we using 2 different laws?

As we're talking about landlords, let's remember some tenants are also irresponsible. Some won't pay after 3 months.

A lot of landlords will just convert their houses to lease instead of rent or they kuku do short let and charge exorbitant fees. Government wey no wise.

Good. 10% commission/agreement! Once this is properly enforced, cost of house rent would significantly reduce, unlike when agents would charge 20-30% agreement and commission, making the rent high.

This is a more feasible solution than asking landlords to charge monthly in my own opinion cos some troublesome tenants would take advantage of it and refuse to pay rent after a few months.

I feel the earliest age a lady should get married is 25. At that age, she has passed the bloom of youth and is ready to settle down.

25 is a red zone for most ladies, in my opinion and this is why: a lot of ladies had that same mentality, but when they clocked 25, no serious relationship or willing suitors, 25 became 30, 30 became 35, before you know, they lost hopes of settling down.

The reason a lot of ladies are single in their 30s and 40s today is because they wasted their early years being picky, thinking they would be hot for life, which is a very big lie. Once a lady passes 25 with no guy ready for marriage, she might not marry in her 20s.
