From what you wrote, your interview probably didn't go too well. The points they wrote might not be the exact issue, so I suspect the Visa Officer wasn't convinced with your answers during the interview.

Also did you indicate an interest to stay beyond one year during the application phase? If you did, it might have been the reason for (1) above.
