I told you. When you see people talking trash about how terrible it is living abroad, don't mind such people. Some don't have skills. Others don't have papers to even live in the country they are in. They hide every day. Those same persons will be the one dishing out heavy lies about life abroad when they know they don't even have the right papers. Don't be among those who think dieing in Nigeria is patriotism.

I quoted you from the other thread when I saw this thread cuz u were among those saying the whites don't like black people living abroad. But as you have read from this op post, where he mentioned that everyone in his neighbourhood are always interested to know what's going on in their lives. Didn't you read it? But you were supporting those lies blowers who always bad mouth life in abroad.

Those are failed people who were unable to achieve their dreams. In a bid to discourage others, they will always come here to blow lies of how bad living abroad has become.

In as much as I love my fathers land, one of the best thing I will do for my unborn kids is give them a second passport. Nigeria as a country is a dream killer.

I will one day open my travel thread here.
i agree with all you said cause me too am planning to japa but no money i know how bad Nigeria is cause i live in a bid slum which everyone knows ajegunle so i know everyday life and activity the progress of the country and the shit wrong with them though i love my fatherland but my papa land no love me

Those things you mentioned as racism don't occur in a multicultural society. Relocate to a multicultural country. Some of you will just wake up and don't plan your movement before embarking on a journey.

Go to a country where there are different people from different walks of life and you will have no issue of racism.

That's why I said we cry too much. A white getting up to sit in another seat means nothing. You merely reading too much meanings to such a harmless gesture. It may be the person just prefer the other seat than the first place he or she sat. Now as a black, you will feel it is because of you he left that seat to the next. Why not just do your thing.

If I don't like a seat, I will definitely leave for another irrespective of who is sitting close to me.

We read too many meanings to mild gestures like that.

That's a blatant lie, no white will throw banana at you in a multicultural country.

Those were in those days, not any more in this 21st century.

Mention anybody who had experienced that and I will tell you ,those are just your mere assumptions.
bro i have not travel out of the country but all you wrote down here is shit,Dan alves was thrown banana even near experience racism ,oprah wintry experience racism in Switzerland when she entered a boutique the go quora to see live not ignorant give me example of multicultural city.do you remember pig match that was stopped due to racist comment

In Europe, 18% of the population is considered to be “socially isolated,” reporting that they socialize with friends or family just once a month at most, and 7% say they feel frequently lonely.[12] These are averages, though, and the regional divide is strong; in Western and Northern Europe, loneliness rates are as low as 3% in some countries, while in some countries in Southern and Eastern Europe, nearly 40% of people are classified as socially isolated and 10% say they feel frequently lonely.[12] Loneliness is markedly worse among people who are over 60 years old; every European country reports that at least 10% of people in this age group are frequently lonely.[12] Unsurprisingly, large-scale studies regarding the prevalence of loneliness in Africa, South America, and Asia are more rare than in the Western World. One study in South Africa showed that average rates of loneliness were 10% and highest among the elderly. [20] In China, research has focused solely on loneliness among the elderly and found that just 7% reported feeling lonely often.[17] In Japan, which is famous for its extreme social recluses known as hikikomori, 10% of people reported feeling often or always lonely.[2] By far the most research on this subject has been conducted in the large (population of 25 million or higher) English speaking countries like Canada, Australia, America, and the UK, and they are the loneliest by far; nationally representative surveys show that 20-28% of people in each of these countries feel frequently lonely, compared to just 3-10% in China, Japan, South Africa, and even the loneliest countries of Europe. Australians fare the worst, with 28% reporting feeling frequently lonely, which is defined as feeling lonely three or more days per week.[2] In the UK, 23% of people are frequently lonely and Americans follow close behind at 22%.[5] Canada is the least lonely of the large English-speaking countries, but still reports comparable loneliness rates of 20%.[8] However, cross-cultural studies are inherently troublesome to interpret, as the connotations attached to loneliness can vary between cultures, the phrasing of questions can be interpreted differently by different populations, and, perhaps most importantly, the openness with which people will be willing to talk about a deeply personal and potentially embarrassing subject such as loneliness will be impacted by the cultural norms of their home country. Each of these studies were conducted anonymously, of course, but in countries with a highly communal culture and where reputation among the community is deeply important, such as in most of Asia, people might still be more reluctant to admit their true feelings.

Majority of Nigerians in America don't have 2 million naira anywhere in this world including heaven. But they make that money every month or two depending on job. The bills here is crazy and unbelievable.

I lived in New York City for 5 years and know what am talking about. Now work for myself and make good money. Money however is not everything, life in America is extremely sweet and stress free if you don't wanna kill yourself with jobs. Don't let anyone discourage you from coming to America. I was in Nigeria last year and fell in love with Abuja and Lagos but after few weeks the whole drama began to irritate me and I ran back to America.
