Won HoR under APP in 99 and has been in ANPP till Buhari left and formed CPC, he followed Buhari and contested IMO governorship on CPC in 2011. Hold phd in law and drafted the legal papers for the merger that former APC in 2013. Wanted to contest HoR again under APC in 2019 but Governor Hope and Senator Rochas's fight then affected him so, he left APC and contested under Accord Party and won, then decamped back to APC, was still in the HoR when PMB nominated him as minister. Before he contested HoR in 2019, I think he was chairman of TETFUND. Although a young guy but he get clout, just that he doesn't make noise.
