Exactly.. Atiku cannot win his zone thus, he doesn't have a chance at all. Had it been that Kwankwaso is a serious contender, then it would be to the advantage of OBI but unfortunately, he will work for Tinubu. Although I support Obi, but the reality is that Tinubu will win and Obi will come 2nd.

The problem here is that Atiku can’t even win his NE zone let alone NW and Kwankwaso is not a serious contender and I doubt he will win his state Kano. I’ve said it before and I’m saying it again, OBI and his team should focus more on winning the majority votes in SS and some states in NC, if that is achieved, he is sure matching to Aso Rock next year because as for SE, it’s already on lockdown.

It was a settlement to Umahi to forget about installing a successor as governor because the presidency already has Mbam as their preferred successor but Umahi no gree, na why them dey frustrate his senatorial candidacy.

Engr. Mbam is really dealing with Umahi because till now, APC is still in dilemma on who the authentic guber candidate of the party in Ebonyi State is. The cabals and Adamu wants Mbam but other party excos and governors wants Umahi candidate, Hon Nwifuru and both are from the same LGA, my LGA. Well the game is on… Umahi is fighting on two fronts, his senatorial candidacy and his preferred successor.

That’s a lie, he should intensify his campaign in SE/SS and make sure he won 80% of votes in each state of both zones. Then also ensure he win Benue, FCT and at least 40% in states like Taraba, Plateau, and Lagos. Add pockets of votes he will get in the remaining states and with that, he is ready to go. By the time Atiku/BAT/ and Kwankwaso share the remaining votes in the north, it wont amount to anything again.

Labor Party, Peter Obi and his team should channel their efforts in SE/SS and make sure they win this 2 zones convincingly. Also they should focus on NC states like Benue, Taraba, Plateau, Nassarawa and Fct and ensure they get a sizable votes there. Add that to the pockets of votes they will get in SW/NE/NW. by the time BAT, Atiku and Kwankwaso share their votes in the North, Obi will probably be coasting to victory.

It is based on the APC Constitution, not the 1999 CFRN.

S223 of the 1999 CFRN talks about the tenure of Principal Officers of Executive Committee like Wards, LGAs, etc. You can read it.

If that’s the case, then the judgment is in futility.

If the judgement is based on the constitution, the constitution supersedes the electoral act so, let’s see how this plays out.
