Was in this situation, had to wait till the last week. It eventually came. Was advised to wait till the last week and write a LOE. Waiting till the last week shows that you’ve exhausted possible options.

Your (updated) POF needs to be part of your submission, else you'd get an ADR. This could delay your application processing.

You two have to fill out the IMM0008 form individually. She'd be filling your information (as a spouse) in the second part of the form. That doesn't make her the PA, nor you the dependant.

The 3 placeholders have been labelled for ease of reference.
- Upload your payment receipt in the first;
- Your IRCC specification compliant passport photo in the second; and
- A merged and compressed copy of ALL other required documents, pictures, forms etc in the third placeholder

documents submitted: marriage cert, tb cert, wedding and other pics, brp, nimc id

Got a mail to upload more evidence of our relationship on 6/05/2023 since our marriage only took place in april 2023.. uploaded screenshot of our whatsapp chat since august last year, uploaded same pictures and old ones, our marriage invitation card, i also uploaded copies of my flight ticket to nigeria including boarding pass and passport showing immigration stamps for entry and exit into nigeria and uk... it all ended in praise......

I just got the same mail now.

I submitted and did Biometrics on 3/5/23 with all the documents- wedding certificate, affidavit of change of name, newspaper publication, pictures.

They sent a mail for additional documents saying I submitted only wedding certificate and pictures and that it is not enough to proof that the relationship is still subsisting and ongoing.

I'm quite anxious as to how this will impart my application.

Oh initially , I submitted wedding certificate, wedding pictures then suddenly last week tuesday they sent me these their message saying they need more proof as i have only submited wedding certificate , i was confused cus i actually submitted wedding certificate, change of name , newspaper, wedding pictures
