The death really shook me cos she was everything to me, it even led to me almost falling into preterm labor, but I'm on salbutamol now to stop the contractions.

Mama we are fine,baby gal is kicking me badly. Its been a while uve been online,good to hear from u. As for the purging,raw pap water helps and u can use ORS as suggested to replenish lost fluid. That garlic and ginger stuff I stopped using it to cook since I got pregnant cos I purge easily. Sorry u will be fine

Just go to a pharmacy and buy ORS, nothing more...drink it till the running tummy stops and make sure you mix a new bottle after 24 hours that's if you don't finish it.
It's totally safe in pregnancy.

Have been purging since Sunday, I made stew with garlic. I DNT know if the garlic is responsible for the runny stomach.
Like I poop immediately I'm done eating.

In the past months of this pregnancy na only once this baby dey quiet.I was worried sha later I push my tummy left and right if u see the kick she give me since den na boss lady I dey call her.now sef I want to cry she doesn't observe quiet time I can't sleep I feel heavy,her head is shooking my pubic bone every where just dey pain me. My 2boys didn't disturb like this while I was pregnant with them.
At a point, I was scared that I might be carrying another male child..
She no dey gree me sleep for night, if I wake up,she wakes up, she is most active at night and she likes kicking my pubic area..
Her own wahala too much.. not until I read here that girls disturb more than boys in the stomach... Cos it was not like this with my 2boys.

I do understand this woman, and the truth is that nothing will ever change that type of man, not even his mother.

The best thing would be to hustle for something to do online, but I've seen such men and even that is not always possible for their women. If she's lucky, that will help her out. Then the next best thing is to train her children well. They will wipe your tears Inshallah. I know of some online writing gigs that pay directly to your account, but you will have to hide your earnings from him if you want to get somewhere. Nothing too stressful.

As for trolls, the best thing is that no one gives them a reply from the first post. I've had someone drag my pics and details here so I know how it feels, but silence from me and it never got farther than that.

Please can we help her all by ignoring them? It's not easy but lack of attention from anyone is their poison.
