Sad but she must have been exhausted after running a race and her lungs could not quickly recover from it. Ideally she should've been given oxygen immediately after but I doubt there was any ambulance present. Also the fact she may not be showing signs of negative health condition doesn't mean she may not be having underlying health issues which have gone unnoticed.
