Now, my travelling agent is telling me that i will not be accepted due to my Nabteb result. What can i do pls? Or, is neccessary that i apply using my o'level result? |

Ligxy:Good evening everyone. I just saw this post this evening. It was posted on the 22nd of october. I did not see it on time bcs i am not that regular in the forum since i dropped my pen. I only read what is trending atimes. but despite of that, i tried to warned everyone looking for agents like i once did to beware of some fake agents over there. I tried to warn everyone out of my own wounds so that others will not fall into the same pit that myself and the other guy fell into, then this guy came up and wrote that i was trying to use style to advertise agents. Now my question is this, if you are being employed to market a product in any orgarnization, so you are going to market the product the fake way, the way i did ? I hope no. Williamzooh is a great friend of mine in this group. He was the one that verified this work permit for me for about 2times before i later did it myself and confirmed that it was fake. I dont know how to post the copy out of my mail but i will be very happy if williamzooh can check it in his mail and post it on my behalf for everyone to see. And despite of the fact that i have made up my mind never to say anything on the platform anymore, i still tried to warn everyone to beware of those agents. Though, i can not blame you because you wrote based on the direction of your thinking and you are entiltiled to that. Though, i know that no one can please human being. Many ppl in this forum have contacted me even from poland study thread from different parts of this country and abroad. I was contacted from turkey, thailand, UAE and saudi arabia. I once left my forex trade alone and wrote a statement of purpose for ppl without charging a penny. of all these ones, i want just a single one of them to mention in this forum where i have ever solicit for money or force any agent on them. I did everything freely and someone is now saying that i am using style to advertise agent. God knows the reason why we all met here, and when i thought that my time was up here then i left. We should not be abusing each other anyhow bcs no one knows where his or her help will come from. Is it a crime that i warned everyone never to risk their hard earned money where i wasted mine? Despite of the fact that mentioning agent's name is forbiden in this thread, i still took the risk of mentioning those fake ones just to save anyone i think i could. It is my prayer that whatever i does in this forum that God should use it to reward me back in thousand's fold either good or bad. I think the purpose of this thread is to make it to a destination. Hello house, pls i need your advice. I applied for UK visa in 2010 but got refused. There was an error on my surname then but i managed to use the name for biometric and submission. Now, i have just corrected my passport to my real surname at immigration Hqts in abuja as i will be re-applying again very soon. Please, i hope that my past surname on my old passport would not give me problem if i apply with my real surname on my new passport this time around. Though, i have all the documents backing my change of name with me. Please house, i need your advice. |

Imagine how i was seriousely tacked then that no agent's name should be mentioned. Now, see the result. One of our nairalanders who based in turkey categorically told me that he personally sent someone to check tsve office for him in ukraine but on getting there, he only met a private primary school there. the office does not exist at all. Assuming this has been posted before, the way i warned everyone about sergienko lawyer. I think this guy would have been saved. Everyone should get me clear, we are in the information age. How would someone say that one should not mention agents name and when you know that they are fraud. And if any agent is doing well, let everyone has freedom by mentioning the agents name. But by telling the house that one should do his reseach at the back personally without asking from anyone that had dealing with such agent before is not good enough. Now, for the sake of others that are planning to use "invitation in ua" God saved you if you are reading my article now because, they are fraud. I have used them and they sent fake documents to me. Only God saved me bcs i am yet to send the second part of the payment. Now everyone in the house now knows that tsve, invitation in ua and sergienko lawyers are no go area. An agents name should only be banned if it is for marketing but people should be free to share their experience as to save others from any pitfall. It is bcs we need timely information and that is why we are here. And as a nigerian, we all have the right to freedom of information and i think that the law on nairaland is also subject to the law of federal republic of nigeria. Then, why must we cage ourself? I think it will be very bad for someone to be a member of this unique, enlightened and educated forum and still be falling into the hands of fraudster just in the name of not mentioning agents. If any agent is good, let everyone knows why they are good to you and if any agent is bad, let everyone knows why they are bad to you. I think we should put an end to all these arguments because my spirit does not stay where there is no peace. You should remember that i was the one that begged you the other time that we abused each other. Honestly, we dont need that. That is me for you. I think i have tried the best that i think i can do for now on this thread first by announcing to nairander that appointment booking is no more through phoning but by online, reasons to go to poland, economy of poland, documents needed for appointment, cheapest way to get insurance, strategies to get visa and all that. I think those coming will benefit from my good writeup and ignore the wrong one that i wrote. I think i need to step aside from the thread for now as for peace to reign. I want to say sorry to everyone that i might have offended one way or the other, through my writeup. I will come back to the thread as time goes on. Daddyemma:Also as you try to do this, make sure that All documents related to this stuff are genuine and make sure that you carry the bank management along bcs i am sure the document will be verified by the embassy. Fodging any documents relating to financial institution may go against you. Getting a registered and qualified travelling agent will guild you on how to do it legally. |

black001:You should have told us in the first place that you works at access bank now. You have a good point. Just go and get a memo issued by your bank stating that all staffs who does not studied any banking related job in their first degree will not be qualified for management role anymore. Then you get another letter written to the management for permission to go and study bussiness mgt course in poland in order to be able to qualify for any mgt position you may be qualified for on your return from poland. You then get another letter from the bank's board of director approving your studies in poland. Then, attach all these document together with your staff ID-card, appointment letter and other document you think may help you to get the visa. That is all. Please, you should note that i am not a travelling agent and not planning to be, but my advise for you is that the effort of a brilliant travelling would needed to perfect this your case. 2 Likes |

StubbornWife:I will advice you to choose the cheaper one of #1620 inclusive of accommodation. Though, accomodation is very cheap in poland but i will not advice you to choose the expensive one without accomodation for now. Where you are going to sleep is more important than where you are going to study. Just travel from your village to lagos for a day and dont have proper arrangement of where you are going to sleep, i think you will never forget the film in your life talkless of foreign land. My advise, being a medical professional, your future is very bright in poland. (Infact, it was boldly written on their website that if you are a medical professional with licence and going to poland for work, that they will fast-tract your visa application) but you need patient of settling down first. As regards to job, for sure there job for students everywhere and i think you will be able to sponsor yourself with that. Also, as regards to living cost, foods are very cheap like paper in poland. You should go and watch "Awhobiwon abu video" on you-tube on how she was able to cook $25 food that lasted for 3days or more. (Awhobiwon abu is a nigerian nursing student in poland). Also about language, may i tell you that the kind of job that you will be doing to manage urself in poland does not really need local language to perform as such. Finally, if you are going to choose the other one, just make sure that you rented an accommodation that can be confirmed by the embassy, if not, the consular may find it as an opportunity to refuse you. I think to apply with your wife or go to poland altogether with your children is not the best option. That is immigration. You are psychologically telling the consular that you and your family want to leave nigeria by all means. The fact is that the white people knows that life is hard here in nigeria now and everybody wants to run away. So this not the best option. My advice, you who happens to be the husband shd apply for job in poland first then go straight to embassy for your visa after the arrival of your documents. During your application, make sure that you tender the wedding cert and the children cert of birth as part of your supporting documents, that means that you have a strong ties in nigeria. During your application, tell your wife to write a strong letter stating that she earns a very good salary here in nigeria and that she will be taking care of the children feeding and payment of school fees until her husband settles down in poland. Also, that she would be the one supervising the works that is going on in your building site pending when you will come back from poland, on completion of your 1yr work in poland. Once you are able to step your legs in the soil of poland, the law allows you to apply for temporary residence permit which will enables you to relocate your family to poland. All you need to do is to rent a very comfortabe apartment, look for a very good school that will admit your children. Then apply for family unification for your wife and children and then say bye-bye to nigeria. This method is simple and less costly. My friend, my advise for you is to do your diligent research, go through the past thread and lean from the wise. Alot of ppl have shared testimony on this platform now. Sebi somebody went to poland by last week tuesday now. Go back to previouse thread and you will see the photo of his plain ticket. Go to any embassy,consular does not refuse job applicant anyhow just like visitor applicant. Refusing job applicant without genuine reason is like wasting govt effort for issuing work permit. Evebody are fearful now, will you now bcs of fear not take action that will lead to ur destiny and erase any nonsense in ur generation. My brother, have faith in God and you will get there. |

Are we to talk of those that went for open day bank robbery in dubai, look at hush-puppy case, remember yahoo stuff in malaysia. Those who went for study in america and canada then end up doing 419 nko? What of those we de sell igbo and white-powder in china? Did u forget that naija ppl dont obtain visa to go to uk in the 80's? UI students takes ordinary ticket to uk during vacation in old good days. Now they have spoil everything. My advice. You better make use of opportunity now that majority of naija ppl are still qeuing in front of US embassy. I strongly believe that as time goes on, they will surely turn these hidden countries to oju-elegba. Ikman33:You should keep on praying that God should have his way and keep on writing them. The work permit has to be approved by the voivode (the local govenor) of the state you are going. I think once the work permit is ready, nothing should stop your appointment letter and other documents. I think everything is suppose to be sent to you altogether including work permit. God will have his over this matter sir. |

Getting your work permit and other documents from your employer means that about 70 percent of problem on your way to poland has been solved. A consular does not refuse work permit holder like those going for visits. The following are the supporting document, 1.insurance cover. 2.Bank statement( #700k at least) 3.marriage or children certificate 4.flight booking. (To&fro) 5.health cert 6.statement of purpose. ( Pls while writing statement of purpose, do not mistakenly write the word "IMMIGRATION" inside it because the consular may think that you are not coming back to your fatherland after getting the visa. Instead of that, use the word "travel" 7.criminal record cert, if you wish. It costs just #7,500 at alagbon close. 8. Any other supporting documents that you think is tieying you down to nigeria. It shares boundries with the following countries, Germany, czech republic, lithuania, ukraine, belarus and others. Poland is a member of european union. The population of poland is about 38, million. Poland has a robust and strong economy. I think it has 8th largest economy in europe. Poland is very peaceful. About 90 percent of polish population are catholic christians. You dont usually see policemen on the road. Presently, there are lots of Jobs for africans in poland. From my own personal research, the most legal and peaceful way to enter poland now for nigerian youth is either through study and job. There are many geniue agencies based in ukraine that can process this for you without going to nigerian travelling agents that charges millions from people. The minimum salary you can earn in poland is about 300k. Foods are very cheap in poland. Accommodation and utilities are mostly free for employees in poland. My word of encouragement to ppl on this thread is that poland rate of visa insuance to applicant is very high, compare to other embassies like uk, usa and canada embassy which is about 18 percent success rate for visitor visa applicant. My personal opinion is this. If one tries to get poland visa now and have access to enter about other 35 countries in europe including germany and ireland once you get poland residence permit. Please make sure you concentrate all your effort in getting to poland than just wasting your money in other high level embasies where ur chances of getting visa is 50/50. (Lottery). It seems you are saying that poland is not beautiful? Poland is beautiful just like any other great countries in europe. The average cost of transport from gdansk, a port city in poland to germany throgh either ship, bus or train is about $50. Also, if you want to know more about beauty of poland, just go to u-tube and type "joy salve video" or "awhobiwon abu video" then, you will be surprised about the beauty of poland. How will someone be encouraged to post a timely information when one have a burning desire to enlight everyone on how one can increase his or her chances of getting visa intead of going meeting travelling agents that charges people an exorbitant money and someone will just come up saying that one's grammar is not correct? To me, i think the purpose of this thread is to be informed about "how to do information" , work on it and get ur desired result. Proverb 15-22 says, without counsels, plans fail. But in the multitude of advisers, they succeed. Proverb 20-18 says, plans are esterblished by counsel, by wise guildance wage war. I think we are all here to get good counsel in order to achieve our purpose. I am here for the purpose of those that God want to use me for. By the grace of God, i am blessed with every information and tactics that anyone maybe in need of, in order to succeed in any embassy. but please no one should complain about the use of my grammar any more. I know that my grammar is not good but i think ppl on this thread are getting my points by idea. We are all here to succeed and not to speak grammar. Some ppl have been on this thread before us and now, they are all in poland so therefore, i think what we need to do is to build on the good works they left behind in order for us to get there also. What is the purpose of spending such an amount of money in $ and being refused visa at the end of the day? God fordid. A single timely infor can save anyone from being refused. Therefore, we need to team-up and shun unneccessary conversation. That is my advise for everyone.
