Na Nigerian civil servants you want threaten with evidence? I laugh...

They will forge every evidence you require and not a single one of them would take the vaccine if they don't want to.

Even Mr. President can't be trusted to have taken the same vaccine.

Looks like you do not know that we roam naked covered in animal skin and leaves before the whites came and gave us clothes to wear, it's why they thought we are animals and used us as slaves.

If not for people's corrupt brains,I don't care if people walk naked, it's their business and problem.
You should never dictate to people how to live their lives.
People are not animals you dictate to.
Wow.....

And there are a million and one people who actually believe this because the white man told them so?

So sickening...

The title, Pastor, is now a joke for a title as a result of deviants such as this demon.

He is so lucky to have been apprehended by some God-fearing humans who are even engaging him in a civil discussion.

His charred remains would have been what was left of him in some areas by now.

You do this to my daughter and I apprehend you?

Are you confident in the possible outcome of your appeal or you are impliedly resigning to fate on a "worst-case scenario" basis?

I am asking this out of concern for you knowing it is a breach to have electronic access to doing what you are doing now.

Isn't this going to hurt you and your appeal the more?

Chief, you are a good person(this is not a compliment).

If you will permit me to chip in some words, I’d say that we have an unrepentant and a manipulative son of a bîtch in our hands who thinks he’s smart. This guy should’ve come clean when he was caught, come on, if he committed such heinous crime under the influence, best is to come clean and show REMORSE, the system knows how to treat such people and give them a second shot at life.

A reasonable fellow knows to stop digging when he’s in a hole. This guy even after messing up, instead of him to mellow down inside for some years then file appeal for reduced sentence using good behavior and remorse, he’s here trying to be clever by half! Smh. Oga those people smart pass you o. Mr Bah you may end up being sentenced to death if you approach appeal with this format. Mr Bah what do you stand to gain by raping someone’s child?

I think majority of us are even bothered about the rape issue, looking at that list the lawyer posted, we can see some other charges, who committed those one. Cause I can see terroristic something and false imprisonment, how about those ones.

Cause this bulky sentence isn't for the rape alone, other offenses should be included in the sentence, I think

What do you have to say about the other charges, sir
They had to broaden their dragnet because if op is able to prove his innocence and eventually gets off the hook on the rape charges, I'm assuming they'll find something else to hold him by.

They could ask for his source of funds for the vehicle purchases and charge him with money laundering or something close.

I pray he gets help.

It’s all right bro, happy Sunday. Hope we can be nice to one another.

It’s clear you didn’t mean to demean Mr Bah. I guess it’s your writing style. So many innuendos . It’s quite obvious in your third post. It somewhat appears as if you are insinuating “karma” caught up with Mr.Bah.

From Mr. Bah postings, This case is about the rape of a minor, not Fraud.
Do you think the circumstantial evidence of fraud ( buying 6 cars with cash, calling many countries while in custody) played a role in his conviction?

Can you share a bit of your experience with the house?
Happy Sunday, bro.

My writing style is always suspect, I know.lol

I do not want to continue coming off as attacking the op so I'd refrain from further comments/insinuations.

Another gibberish from so called agbalagba, I've never read an objective comment from you.
Your first comment about Mr bah was you judging him already that he was a rapist.
Now, you are here again saying he's a yahoo boy. Is it why were are doing this?
Whether he's a yahoo boy or not that not why he was given 3 life sentences and 78 years to serve. Just keep shut if you can't help him already. You can cast the first stone since you're a saint.
Continue bleating from all corners of your mouth, you hear?

I don't know you nor will I hate you, God forbid.

The one thing I know, understand, and that gives me joy is the fact that the op knows I am neither stupid nor crazy.

Feel free hating me and my bitter truths..you hear?

Brother,

Is it necessary calling Mr Bah names like “smallee” ? This man is down and you are rubbing it in, why?

Let us all learn to nice to the others. I see a lot of unnecessary insults and comment here on Nairaland. It is really sad to read.

He is here seeking help. It’s nice to offer him help if you have the wherewithal, not insults to him.

Please!

I have said repeatedly that the vehicle had nothing to do with this case in any way

The police tried to make me look like a thief who specialises in stealing cars and then shipped it to Nigeria

All is an attempt to make me look like a career criminal

When I first got arrested I made several phone calls to my family in Tokyo Japan, friends in China,Malaysia,SouthKorea,Thailand to let them know what is going on with me....

" Here is what police had to say...... Since Mr Bah has been in custody he has made numerous phone calls to different countries, we believe Mr Bah belong to international criminal organisation"

The police requested INTERPOL to check my record internationally but e result came back clean.
Bro, you were and still very naive.

I put it to you that the police have their facts on this quote below and trust me, you'd look like a Dundee by the time the prove it to you by releasing a transcript and translation of your telephone conversations including all the nonsense codes you thought you were using lol.

You be smallie aswear...

Nothing beats living and earning right.

Any attempt or group of attempt(s) to circumvent or cut corners iife has always been met with disgrace and unending sorrows as this.

For some, it comes pretty early into their chosen lifestyle, while for some, it comes way much later after they must have long thought and believed they successfully had one over life.

If I give you part of my small gist even you go burst laugh for that jete wey you dey so...

So many angles to this case and story for one to begin to even doubt his own sanity...

Bro, if you are truly innocent and a victim of a mistrial and prejudice, I sincerely hope you find the help that you clamour for, the true criminal apprehended, taken in, and given the same sentence you currently carry.

However, if you are lying and trying to mislead people, bro, that'd be an extra sin on your part.

Since you posted about this case here, I've gone reading more about your case from different sources and blogs, one of which is LIB.

In one of the comments on the aforementioned blog, someone who supposedly knew you posited that you both were workmates and that you were framed up blablabla...for whatever reasons.

Now my question to you based on your last update is this:

1. You claimed to have entered the US from Japan sometime in April of the same year and barely two months before the said rape incident that you would eventually get roped in for and ultimately jailed for.

Did you travel to the US specifically for the purpose of buying these 6 SUVs? If yes, are you able to provide and defend your source of funds for the purchase, and why did you do a cash purchase? (For those who might not understand where these questions are coming from, this has a huge bearing on the ops history and case and you'd understand later as this case unravels).

2. While you were a resident at this apartment complex, were you living alone, what was your living arrangement, lifestyle, and general relationship with other occupants of the said complex viz a viz neighbourhood. Were you the loud one who'd terrorize neighbours and other occupants with our usual "noise" and one who can't be linked directly to any legitimate source of affluence commensurate with his obvious lifestyle?

Remember, you were just two months in the US on a visitors visa, driving an SUV, and already purchased 6 of the same in cash when there are people born and bred there like the victim's parents, the police officers, prosecutors, jurors, and even the Judge in your case who might only own at most, 2 vehicles they probably might still be paying for in bits.

3. Why did you have to change counsels as often as you did? And where you were justified with such changes, were your new counsels always updated with your file and case at every point in time, and can you tell for certain that your file was being treated as it ought to?

As much as I feel you could have been a victim of a mistrial or miscarriage of justice, everything I've read from you and some parts of your case records points to the fact that you got too laxed and arrogant at the crucial and early stages of this case probably due to the few "millions" you had in your account and thus felt, the worst that could happen to you was, you'd be found not guilty and eventually getting deported to Nigeria to continue flexing your wealth. This arrogance and defiance could certainly be felt and could have irked anyone including your very own defence counsel thereby leading everyone to believing you were indeed guilty.

There are so many angles to your case my brother as I started above, but the last of them which I won't shy away from letting you and everyone else know or take very seriously is KARMA. I believe so very firmly in karma.

No be everybody dem dey collect him thing dey go free. Whether white, black, red, green or yellow human. The moment the victim shed tears and send words to you in that pain, forget it...your own don be.

I honestly pray your appeal see the light of the day and help finds you, otherwise, na you do yourself guy.

This should serve as a very huge life lesson to us all particularly the ones amongst us who have chosen to glamorize everything evil even when it could end another's life while falsely believing we are smart and living life on the "fast lane".

This could have been I, you, and us all reading here because we always wrongly believed in our own warped understanding of life.

I can 100% relate to op's case based on personal experiences.

I feel sorry for Nigeria and her youths every day.

We've all become persona non-grata to one and every. To cap it all off, it doesn't look like abating one bit to say the least.

Bless you, mate.
