FYI, I think this is uncalled for because it brings more room for criticizing. Working with neighboring countries to tackle Boko Haram was also done by the previous administration, GEJ was also invited to the white house (which I don't know what the fuss is about), the last administration also had a Nigerian as OPEC's President etc.

I was expecting to see achievements affecting the common man and not this. If all these are the major achievement, I shudder to think of the minor ones.

Please, partisan politics aside, I think we should stop pinning any misappropriation by different agencies on an acting C-in-C. These people are not superhuman. I don't think people will blame Obama for the CIA siphoning government money. The headline here is misleading.

@OP, anything for a better Nigeria works for me. The recent fall in international oil prices has opened our eyes on the need of diversifying the economy, and yes the last administration did its part with the reforms in transportation, entertainment, agriculture etc. Hopefully, this administration will do more and make Nigeria greater.

No need putting all eggs in 1 basket.

Hopefully, the right authorities should ensure justice prevails.

The problem with most Nigerian politicians is that they almost never want to tell the truth, just because of party lines.

Not everything he said up there was true. How could he blame the PDP for the tribal rant that the Oba made prior to the election?

The news/rumour wasn't about her being appointed, but was about her being nominated for the post.

Nomination doesn't necessarily mean appointment.

I think Madam 'due process' would have done better debunking whether there was a nomination in the first place.

Please, self honesty should be a must. I believe a lot of you know why, but keep denying it.

When the APC was the opposition, a lot of their followers used any possible chance to insult the former president and blamed him for every thing wrong with Nigeria. There was no single atom of respect from the opposition at the time, and yet some of the hypocrites who actually rained abuses on the ex president now feel offended when Buhari is insulted.

Back then, the opposition never supported anything the former president offered or did. Because even when he's commissioning projects, they still throw insults around talking about the quality forgetting that there was none before him that carried out so much infrastructural projects.

They blamed him like Nigeria was a well structured country before him with good infrastructures, quality health care system, great educational system, constant power etc. Even a governor actually blamed him for a robbery in his state.
Now, the annoying thing to some of his followers has been repeated statements by some APC followers that 4years is not enough time for Buhari to solve Nigeria's problems, but they expected Jonathan to have solved it in 5years.

I understand the aggression of his followers towards Buhari. If y'all couldn't show respect to their person then, then they surely wont show respect to yours.

Hypocrisy is feeling good calling someone clueless and feeling bad when another person calls your candidate occupying the same position a dullard.

Like I said, most of you know why, but y'all aint been honest with yourselves.

Bro, the service to the fatherland involves anywhere within its territories. Some corpers get urban places, some get rural places. Just serve your country diligently as much as you are comfortable with.

Its only NYSC that makes people know places like this still exist. I'm a bit of a traveler myself, and I've seen worse places.

Oh believe me, I perfectly understand why many people have been abusing Buhari since the inauguration. The opposition made it a daily habit of abusing and blaming GEJ for everything, even to the point of abusing him when he was commissioning projects. That's when I knew it would be repaid to the opposition when it eventually gets into power. And the funny thing is that the hypocrites, that had so much fun insulting the former president here now feels offended when receiving the same treatment.


That being said though, foreigners might envy our heads of security agencies because they dont do sh*t and they don't get criticized.

God bless Nigeria, and hopefully the President can fulfill his campaign promises. As for the insults, I dont see that going away anytime soon. I blame the APC supporters for it.

Well, as usual, many Nigerians still blame the C-I-C for almost everything. Governors, Senators, LG chairmen etc are usually absolved from blames most of the time.


I wonder why a lot of us still don't know that the blames for these missing girls should have been on the head of NPF and not Jonathan and Buhari.
