you do not have to brush your teeth first thing in the morning?

You can eat breakfast FIRST,
Then brush your teeth AFTER eating. This is totally normal.

Try this for a month and you will have:
��Fresher breath,
��Whiter teeth,
��No mouth odour.

The only people who need to brush their teeth first thing in the morning are the people who went to bed the night before without brushing their teeth

And such people are actually harming themselves and ruining their teeth. Because that approach is very unhealthy and unhygienic.

So let’s learn the ideal way to take care of our teeth in terms of brushing:
Brush your teeth twice a day.
��Brush your teeth LAST THING at night after all food/drinks, and brush your teeth the next morning IMMEDIATELY AFTER breakfast (not before).
��NEVER rinse after brushing.
And the reason is because:
IF you brush your teeth before breakfast,
The food you eat after brushing will still mess your teeth up.

It’s better to brush AFTER breakfast,

That is no life my man. Especially if you don't have the passion for it and are only doing it for the employment opportunity.

It requires total dedication and you are likely to burn out or breakdown before getting to the end. It leaves a big mental scar.

Life is too short and beautiful to subject oneself to such suffering. So I'd advise anyone struggling to cope with it, to leave. There are many great opportunities and ways to make it, asides medicine. Your mental health is important.

I'm telling you man, one just have to do it cos medical is very lucrative in Nigeria than any other profession.

The thing is that in Medical school , the workload is TOO MUCH.
can you imagine doing all of Anatomy , biochemistry and physiology in one year.
These are courses that when done individually, take students 4 years to conclude.
Yet Medical students are supposed to finish them all in part 2 and be able to explain (not cram).
Cramming is not the problem, it is the volume of work to be covered within a given time that is draining.

It is too much that you have to devote all ur time for reading that you will only av limited or no time for yourself. Infact, i typical medical student sleeps only 5-7hrs a day, which is wrong. I found myself slping in some classes most times. So? What are we learning gan?

But when I got to medical school, I realised that Medicine is about cramming, memorising terminologies whose origin you don’t know. So, I lost interest in academic work but I still managed to pass and got to the teaching hospital.


The bolded is the fact, we crammed alot, i realised this when i got to Sch of Medical Sciences too.
