The problem lies that in Nigeria, things are so bad that any battle left un-fought only ends up becoming worse. (See: Sharia in Zamfara. No one got hurt. Then they started implementing it in States that have a nearly 50/50 Christian muslim split, and over 10 thousand people were killed). Obj must realize that Nigerian, after so many years of military rule have grown cold. You no longer can reason with them. As the nation remains a democracy for longer, they will awaken. But for now, be strict, honest and just. And most importantly, don't hesitate to drop the full force of the book on anyone that dares goes against the constition. That means, No Sharia.

And having little quantities of HIV in your system (maybe from a razor or sex) does not automatically mean you are going to get the virus. You need to have sufficient quantities for there to be a chance that all the HIV virus will not be killed on its way to rest in organs.
