Yes I do. ![]() I usually don't log out when I go to sleep. ![]() |
Zahymaka, sure thing bud. She is all yours. ![]() |
moladun, what are you talking about? ![]() |
I'm kool. I think I might have the flu or something. I took medicine for it, so hopefully it would be gone in a day or 2. ![]() |
aloib, I don't know! ![]() I just made up all that crap. I barely know moladun. But I know you. ![]() |
moladun is honest, caring and takes great care in making sure her writing meets the standards of the most enthusiast English scholar. ![]() |
Drusilla, you make a very good point. I have thought for many hours on what you just hinted at. However, if Nigeria can work, then I will label it as a necessary evil. But, what makes you so sure I am spreading propaganda? ![]() Every thing I have ever said on this forum, in the political section, has been 100 percent true. But still, I thank you for your advice. I will look into your suggestions. ![]() |
aloib, you don't like moladun? And I was hoping all of us could be friends. |
According to Col. Hammed Ali, the chairman of Arewa Consultative Forum, if the North does not get the Presidency come 2008, there would be chaos. Oddly enough, this is the same North that speaks fondly of the one Nigeria. Am I the only one that thinks it is ironic that they are now the ones that split Nigeria into two or more units when its proporgates their political Agenda? In all fairness, the Presidency should go to the South-South, or the South-East. If Nigeria is one as they say, then why should the South-South, the same region that earns more than 90 percent of currency, be denied the President. A similar case can be said about the South-East who, after losing the civil war, were told by Gowon that "No victor, no vanquished." Now, is it just me or do the actions of the state they call Nigeria not support that quote? So, what do you think about the threat made by the ACF chairman? Are comments like that really what Nigeria needs at this crucial moment? http://www.sunnewsonline.com/webpages/news/national/2006/june/13/national-13-06-2006-001.htm |
Don't worry about it, diddy4dt. You are still kool. ![]() |
Do you know that the federal government's allocation to Lagos is based on the assumption that the State has 5.8 million people? When in reality the State has 12 million people in it. Clearly there aren't enough resources being given to Lagos. You might want to direct your hatred at the PDP that is currently ruling the country. |
Seun, I am only asking an honest question. If there is a danger of Taliban and co appearing in Nigeria (maybe attracted by Sharia) then we must realize that and act accordingly. ![]() |
I have no idea. Maybe you put 19 in your profile at one time or another. ![]() |
ADESUWA, that was funny. ![]() diddy4dt is the male version of Eveseh. ![]() |
Don't play mind games with me, davidylan. When you said child, you meant something akin to immature or simple minded. And it was going with that same assumption that I used to call you a child for believing in invisible man in the sky. Get real. |
Technically, I am from Ogun, but Lagos is the only Nigerian State I have lived in. I know the Governor of Lagos personally, and he seems to be doing a pretty good job with fixing up the roads e.t.c. The new Governor of Ogun is Gbenga Daniel, and I haven't been to the State since he took office so there is nothing I can say about him. However, I do find it a bit dubious that the PDP could carry 3-4 South western States from the AD in only one Election year. I think they must have rigged there way into power in at least 2 of those States. |
I am the child? You are the one that believes in invisible men and eternal life. You are the child, not me. ![]() |
ikemefa, for some reason I thought you were 19. |
somebody, are you Edo? |
The tattoo part is a bit too far. But I support the ban on tribal marks. No one should have to have permanent marks carved on their face with out their consent. |
CRAYOLA, I schooled her. It wasn't easy, but she finally learned a thing or two. ![]() |
Yes, I meant it. ![]() |
Ok, I choose Eveseh. ![]() |
Ok, fine. I nominate ADESUWA, even though I am the only one that knows you. ![]() |
ToyM28, please remain angry. I find you a lot more entertaining that way. ![]() On a serious note, I am not a world peace advocate. In fact, I have even suggested bloody war to ensure the creation of an Oduduan State that would be carved out of Western Nigeria. But your comments "destroyed the whole of the place called middle east" is very disappointing. Sure, you don't mean destroying, as in, killing over 50 million people? right? So, who is the "monster" now? ![]() |
I am just kidding. I don't want to be in the same room with Christians, talk less of spending an eternity with them. Give me hell, please. ![]() |
I vote for Afeni. Duh! ![]() |
How about those that choose no religion? ![]() |
Thats fine. I look forward to mending fences. |
ToyM28, your answer to Seun's questions just cements what I have thought about you all along. You know what they say, "empty barrels make the most noise." ![]() Learn a little about Politics and foreign affairs before you spew what little is in that empty head of yours. As for Seun not being a catch, the question I have for you is, look who is talking? |
