I would rather say female pedophiles are less reported by their victims (both boys and girls).

For most boys, way under 10 being sexually abused by an adult female, it kind of generate mixed signals in their brains as it tries to connect to the maternal figure, the adult female (Pedophile) represents while at the same time being abused.
