Mercy Wave Foundation Prison Outreach: Miss Favour Emmanuel Finally Reunites With Her Family. It was unbridled joy on Monday, 19th October 2020 for the family of Miss Favour Emmanuel as over a month of legal proceedings finally came to an end and she was reunited with her family after the magistrate finally signed her release papers. Miss Favour Emmanuel's redemption came during one of Mercy Wave Foundation's numerous prison outreaches, she was seen in her deplorable anaemic state by representatives of the foundation who immediately contacted the founder, Dr Mercy Uwakwe, true to her undying love for humanity, she swung into action and after months of legal battles, paying fines totalling hundreds of thousands of naira, as well as several PR battles and awareness, the foundation eventually secured the release of Miss Favour Emmanuel. While speaking to members of the Mercy Wave TV, Miss Favour narrated her ordeal which started over two years ago. A tearful Favour narrated how years of struggle and hardship forced her into the unfortunate crime she committed. According to her, she could hardly finish her secondary education due to lack of resources, at a tender age, she had to engage in several menial jobs to keep her family functional, hers was a story of barely keeping herself and her family alive until things took a bad turn two years ago. For a family already struggling, when they received news of her father's diagnosis and accompanying hospital bill which eclipsed 500,000 naira, poor Favour's savings could definitely not cater for that, and the thought of losing her father made her take drastic steps which would later backfired. As a cashier working for a firm, she was privy to the account details of the company and in the heat of the struggle she erroneously decided to take the hospital bill from her firm's account and answer the consequences later, a truly emotional show of love for her ailing father. According to her, she eventually narrated the story to her boss innocently, informing him that she would work to offset the bills without salary until every penny is repaid. Unfortunately things took a drastic turn when her unsympathetic boss demanded an instant refund which Miss Favour could not provide, he had her locked away until she could pay up the loan. Narrating her ordeal in the correctional center, Miss Favour Emmanuel pointed out that from the very first day, it was untold hardship as her health condition was not considered by authorities, she narrated several episodes of anaemia where her fellow inmates concluded she wouldn't make it through the night but somehow she kept on, knowing fully well that someday her story would change for the better. She encouraged every Nigerian to always stay on the good side of the law to avoid any confrontation that might lead to a prison sentence. On her future plans, Miss Favour promised to leverage on the freedom granted her by the foundation, to lead a dutiful life, the foundation promised to assist in various ways. In a separate interview, the mother of the benefactor, Mrs Joy Emmanuel also narrated, amid tears, their story from an outside the prison perspective. According to her, at the onset of the situation, she contacted a lot of foundations and NGOs all to no avail. She also recounted how, upon his discharge, Mr Emmanuel, Favour's dad kept on visiting Favour every single day until Favour had to ban him from visiting because of the damage the stress was causing on his already problematic health. She expressed her profound gratitude to the foundation for coming to their aid when all hope seemed lost and when it seemed only a matter of time before Favour dies in prison due to her health conditions being a sickler. Mercy Wave Foundation wishes to explicitly point out that they do not in any form promote crime and is already engaging in rigorous enlightenment programs aimed at educating the youth on the dangers of crime, however in some cases we always consider what's best for humanity, in line with her divine mandate of providing succor to the underserved, MWF believes coming to the aid of prisoners with such pathetic stories is one that should be encouraged by well meaning Nigerians.

Dr. Mercy Uwakwe: A Royal Breed With A Humanity Touch ... mirroring the deeds of an African revered Princess. "What we have done for ourselves alone dies with us; what we have done for others and the world remains and is immortal." She is beautiful, bold and radiates happiness. She's full of smile that emanates from within and little wonder she has a knack for dispensing smile and joy anywhere she goes. She has an unparalleled passion for being a bringer of succour to souls in desolate, shoulders in need and hearts in troubled moment. She may have been spurred by the above quote from the American writer and poet, Albert Pike who believes that good deeds are ingrained in the golden slab of eternity where generation after generation reads from to draw inspiration. Born into the family of His Royal Majesty, King Solomon Uwakwe, The King of Kings of Bende LGA, Abia State, Nigeria, and the Supreme Ruler of Amaofufe, Igbere Autonomous Communities, Princess Dr. Mercy Seaphrora Uwakwe(IV) is a Nigerian -American medical doctor, an established business tycoon, and a philanthropist of great repute. Call her Africa’s favorite princess, you won't be wrong. She is indeed an embodiment of God's perfection in creation. Like a morning star, she glitters not only in the layers of her golden skin but in the innermost part of her, being a rallying point for light in the lives of many. She attended America’s most prestigious, distinguished, and eminent Universities: Johns Hopkins University and the University of Texas. Princess Dr. Mercy Uwakwe has deep passion for medicine and business, which has indeed been an oxygen in her humanitarian campaign. She relies on her self-sponsorship to embark on all of her charity campaigns. Thanks for her entrepreneurial skills which also became a backbone. True to her humanitarian nature and unwavering love for humanity, she is an active volunteer at few of her nonprofit hospitals Passioncare Hospital and Cure Stripes Foundation. In 2010, she founded the Mercy Wave Foundation (alias Dr. Mercy Uwakwe Foundation) a humanitarian organisation committed to improving the quality of human life, dignity and enhanced living standard. Through her foundation and other local, national and international platforms, this Africa's favourite princess has executed life-touching programmes such as free surgical, medical, and preventive services. Her love for humanity is unpretentious and devoid of political patronage or pecuniary rewards. She is driven by her unparalleled and unconditional love for humanity. The Foundation which has soft spot for widows, orphans, teenage girls, the sick, and prisoners has as some of its specific objectives to include but not limited to providing educational, financial and economic assistance and empowerment to the less privileged, safeguarding their rights and providing for their wellbeing. The organisation also identifies the interests of the less privileged and assists them via empowering them or by sponsoring their vocational and skills training programmes and/or based on their individual preference. The goal of the financial empowerments is to help the less privileged establish their own businesses. The foundation’s medical and prison outreaches provide financial, medical and legal aid to those in need. One of the major aims of the medical outreaches is to pay the hospital bills of the less privileged, help them purchase their medications, wheel chairs, hearing aids etc. Aside the provision of free legal services to the less privileged, one of the primary aims of Mercy Wave Foundation Prison Outreaches is to help release innocent victims in prisons. Under the foundation’s scholarship scheme, several students in the universities have seen their dreams of becoming graduates come to reality through Mercy Wave Foundation. As at the last count, it has awarded fully-funded scholarships to over 3800 students of tertiary institutions. Its entrepreneurial cash prize awards range from two hundred and fifty thousand Naira to a whopping five million Naira. The scholarships and entrepreneurial cash prize awards are issued on a weekly basis. Winners are announced on Friday of every week. Within the past few years, Mercy Wave Foundation has provided empowerment grants to over one hundred Nigerians from various parts of the country. The Foundation is known for the transformation of the lives of people within African region and beyond. Her Mercy Wave Face of the week contest where participants smile home with thousands to millions of naira for their participations in scholarly and intellectual competitions has also proven to be a source to discover talents. The Foundation also organises an annual Talent Hunt show. The maiden edition which was held in Owerri in 2019 witnessed a massive turnout, and a grand prize of two hundred thousand naira and numerous consolation prizes were issued to the crowned winners. Not long ago, the foundation organised a Hand Wave contest, where participants were rewarded with cash prizes ranging from one hundred thousand Naira to Three hundred thousand Naira for depicting the Mercy Wave sign. The turnout was very impressive. Her Royal Highness, Princess Dr. Mercy Seaphrora Uwakwe has also carved for herself, a niche in the tech world. As a futuristic entrepreneur with visions that are clearly in line with the dynamic contemporary demands of her society, she has partnered with numerous highly-rated tech industries in Africa while acquiring a few others. She is the owner of Easy Worship, PAYEC, Fusion mobile, and Deximal Academy. Africa’s favourite princess,” “Her majesty,” “our queen,” “Adaolisa” which means God’s favourite daughter, “beautiful soul,” has consistently put on the cloak of the destiny helper to many. In 2020 and 2021, the foundation took it upon itself to provide palliatives in order to mitigate the effects of COVID-19 which at that moment held the world to a standstill, locking people at home, putting business and commercial activities to a halt. Princess Dr. Mercy Uwakwe through her foundation provided various foodstuffs worth millions of Naira which was distributed to citizens in the 26 out of 36 States in Nigeria. After then, several other expanded outreaches were carried out. This was a groundbreaking, unsurpassed and unmatched history in Nigeria. The distribution was done effortlessly to the excitement of the beneficiaries. Till today, these outreaches are still celebrated across Nigeria as countless Nigeria citizens continually voiced out their unreserved praise and words of blessings for Africa’s favourite Princess, Princess Dr. Mercy Uwakwe. Mercy Wave Foundation single-handedly carried out the COVID-19 palliatives in 26 states out of the 36 states in Nigeria, something the federal government failed to do. According to Princess Dr. Mercy Uwakwe’s Spokesperson, the COVID-19 Palliative Outreaches were in line with keeping Princess Dr. Mercy Uwakwe’s self-imposed mandate to see many families lifted out of poverty and lack at all times. It’s noteworthy to mention that Princess Dr. Mercy Uwakwe’s foundation, the Mercy Wave Foundation continued her distribution of palliatives throughout the pandemic period in all 26 states in Nigeria out of the 36. Oh! What a show of kindness and love for humanity. No wonder she was crowned the Grand Matron of Abia State on the 11th of December, 2020 by the Abia State, Nigeria High Court of Justice. It is indeed a meritorious crown. Still wonder why she’s so loved by all? Mercy Wave Foundation is also expanded to multi-dimensional services to the people. Today, Princess Dr. Mercy Uwakwe owns several health facilities some of which are nonprofit and for profit. She transcend across all sectors from Tech to education, agriculture, construction, and so on. Mercy Wave Tech is also in the services of trailblazing approaches in Information and Communication Technology and providing E-learning platforms for most renowned universities in Nigeria and overseas. One cannot over-emphasize her kindness. Is it her show of love to orphans, physically challenged, and destitute? More frequently, through Mercy Wave Foundation, basic human needs are provided and distributed to destitute homes, orphanages, and even prisons. The weekly cash giveaways are carried out across all Mercy Wave social media handles; putting smiles on people’s faces. She has transcended every life sector ever known to humans. As a global leader in education, she used her formidable technological excellence to champion the primary educational challenges in Africa. This is why topnotch universities sought her partnership to enable them to overcome their ICT-related challenges. As such, she’s the CEO and founder of the University of Port Harcourt, University of Lagos, Babcock University, and the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike E-learning Platforms. It’s safe to say that the wave is quickly sweeping through the country in particular and Africa at large. She also has a visible presence in agricultural and entertainment sectors. As the founder and CEO of Mercy Wave Conglomerate, she owns the Mercy Wave Farms and Livestocks, the Vaygo Farm, and the Mercy Wave Rice Distribution Company. Unarguably, the wave she has brought is sweeping every part of the economy and impacting positively on the lives of Nigerians. Also in the list of the company she has founded are, Mercy Wave Oil & Gas, Mercy Wave Aviation, Deximal Academy, Merik, Easy Worship App, Mercy Wave Conglomerate, Fusion Mobile, Mercy Wave Tech, Peaceful Missionary Schools, Wave Hospitals, just to mention but a few. Her distinct philosophy about life is to sprinkle love and kindness everywhere and anywhere. Extraordinary act of generosity has become a way of life for Dr. Mercy Uwakwe. She has embedded a footprint of philanthropy in the sand of time which cannot be erased nor forgotten. She has shown unconditional and genuine love for humanity; she has set the pace. At her young age, she has achieved a lot beyond the imagination of her contemporaries and to the amazement of all and sundry. Little wonder she is heavenly blessed. The most instinctive lover of the poor, the adorable Princess, a rare gem, the solution giver. We hear praises and blessings showered on her by the people her wave of love reaches; most of whom she does not know. A personification of humility, she empathizes not sympathizes with people. She is a succour giver and a restorer of hope. Making the waves of joy flow in the hearts of many is her hobby. It is not surprising why she has bagged lots of awards and nominations from several notable organizations across the globe. She is an honourable representative and Chairperson in : Bende Congress Media, Abia State, Nigeria, Bende Healthcare Alliance, Bende Abia State, Nigeria Congress Media, World Humanity Commission, Abia North Healthcare Committee, Senior Advisor to all Bende and Abia North Monarchs and lots more. She is addressed as a Passionate Patriotic Daughter. She speaks for the voiceless. She is an advocate for the down-trodden. A manifestation of this is her intervention in a case of an innocent lady Blessing Anyanwu who was sentenced to death by hanging. She had suffered fatal domestic violence from her husband a few months into their marriage. When her husband subsequently passed on, she was accused of having a hand in his death and therefore sentenced to death by hanging. After she had spent eight years in prison, a wave of freedom came her way when Princess Dr. Mercy Uwakwe mobilized a formidable legal team to ensure her freedom. Today, she is a free person. She has undoubtedly raised the bar of humanitarian intervention beyond boundaries. She has caused the wave of joy to flow in the hearts of many. May God continue to bless her immeasurably and give her the wisdom and strength to do even more. With her likes, the world will become a better place. Long live Her Royal Highness Princess Dr. Mercy Uwakwe, long live Mercy Wave Foundation, long live our most cherished and adored Africa’s Favourite Princess. Beauty Pageant Winners Drag BSTAN House Fair Over Default In Payment Of Prize Money, Car And Land https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r_6NY-cmn8E Winners of the 2021 BSTAN House Fair and beauty pageant have expressed dissatisfaction over the inability of the company to offset winning prizes as duly agreed, accusing the organisation of defrauding them as well as exhibiting insincerity and lack of trust. The pageant was tagged, "Face of National House Fair". Several attempts to retrieve the winning prizes from the organisation and its Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Becky Olubukola have been unsuccessful. Narrating her ordeal to our correspondent in Abuja, the winner of the contest pageant, Mary Obadofin said before the commencement of the pageant, all the contestants were meant to market BSTAN's ticket which was about 60 per cent of their total marks while behaviour and other criteria carry 40 marks. According to her, each bundle of ticket contained 50 pieces and goes for N10,000 which makes a bundle of ticket to cost N500,000. She said, "I sold the first bundle of ticket and went on with the second one. I sold about N580,000. It's now time to give us our prizes, since last year we haven't seen anything. "October 9 will make it a year, and we have got nothing. The star prize for the winner was suppose to be a car, a plot of land and N500,000. That is what I am to get as the winner. "The first runner up is supposed to win N500,000 and a job opportunity and the second runner up, N250,000 and a job opportunity. They haven't given us anything. "We actually went to the company a couple of times, they kept giving us stories upon stories, next time we went again, they were like the company was not involved with the whole pageant" she said. According to her, the pageant and housing show which took place at International Conference Centre Abuja had her family members who were full of excitement, top dignitaries including star actress Tonto Dike, Ooni of Ife, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi (Ọjájá II) and many more. She expressed shock that the organisation is exonerating itself from a Pageant it organised, saying the refusal of the organisation to pay the winners their prizes amount to fraud. According to Queen Obadofin, despite not offsetting the prizes for winners in the last year's edition, BSTAN House Fair has gone ahead to plan the 2022 edition in October to scam people again. She said she has spent more than the prize money she won, calling on Nigerians to assist her retrieve her prize.

My attention has been drawn to the defamatory, maligning and character injurious publications in the print and electronic medium, as well as social media platforms on malicious falsehood and allegations arising from the execution of the judgement of the High Court of Anambra State in suit No: AG/94/2016, through the bailiffs of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory Abuja on 23/8/2022. It is fundamentally imperative to unequivocally state in clear and categorical terms the true factual position, thus: A. For the avoidance of doubt, I never borrowed N50,000,000 (fifty million naira only) from prince Arthur Eze, both of us only attended a church service at St. James Anglican Church Uga, Aguata L.G.A, Anambra State during my senatorial campaign in the build-up to 2015 general elections. B. In the course of the said church service, Prince Arthur Eze donated N50,000,000 (fifty million naira only) to support my senatorial political campaign on the altar and the entire congregant was engulfed with joy and happiness which made the officiating priest extend a warm handshake of gratitude and appreciation for his kind gesture and I equally sent a letter of appreciation dated 22/2/2015 to Prince Arthur Eze. C. I was dumbfounded, surprised and flabbergasted having learnt that my bosom friend and brother, had through his company Oranto Petroleum Limited through which the said cheque of N50,000,000 (fifty million nairas only) was drawn had filed an action one year after at the High Court of Anambra State, Aguata division sitting at ekwulobia in suit No: AG/94/2016, through what they called (undefended list) Procedure or liquidated money demand or summary judgment procedure. The pertinent question on the lips of many people would be, do people go to the rooftops to praise or thank others for granting them loan facilities? How many people have you seen that secured a loan facility from a bank or an individual and went to church praising the creditor for granting them such a loan facility which would only be repaid? D. I quickly engaged my lawyers who filed my defence on merit denying the allegations that the said money was a loan but a free will donation, unfortunately despite our obvious defence and issues having been joined, the trial court refused and failed to afford us fair hearing by having the matter heard on full-blown trial where witnesses will be called and evidence led, but proceeded to hear the matter on (undefended list) procedure or summary judgment procedure, that is, hearing the case on only the allegations and documents filed by the plaintiff (Oranto Petroleum Limited) without contradiction, whatsoever. The court went ahead to grant all the reliefs and entered judgement in favour of the plaintiff on 6/3/2017. E. In exercise of my constitutional right, I appealed to the Court of Appeal Enugu division culminating to Senator Andy Andy –Vs- Oranto Petroleum Limited, Appeal No: CA/E/197/2017, challenging the said decision of the High Court of Anambra State among other things, on the ground that the said money was a free will donation and not a loan as well as a challenge that hearing the matter on the undefended list without my input amount to a breach of my fundamental right to fair hearing guaranteed under section 36 of the 1999 constitution of Nigeria (as amended), which occasioned a miscarriage of justice. F. Consequent upon the above, parties filed and exchanged their respective briefs of argument and the appeal was set down for hearing on the 26th of february, 2019. However, there was an intervention by some Anambra stakeholders and I was approached by Prince Austin Ndigwe (Uzu-Awka) who is a mutual friend of myself and Prince Arthur Eze for an amicable settlement of the matter out of court. G. I was thereupon, after a meeting between myself and Prince Arthur Eze at his Enugu residence which was championed by Prince Austin Ndigwe (Uzu-Awka), instigated by way of advice to withdraw the appeal on the ground that Prince Arthur Eze had then become satisfied that the money was a donation for my senatorial political campaign and not a loan as he was meant to believe earlier. H. Prince Arthur Eze persuaded me through the said Prince Austin Ndigwe (Uzu-Awka) to discontinue the appeal and to demonstrate good faith and brotherliness, I quickly instructed my lawyer to withdraw the appeal, even though we ought to extract terms of settlement as a condition because the appeal was at the concluding stage. Consequently, based on the notice of withdrawal filed by my lawyer, the appeal was dismissed by the Court of Appeal on 29th February 2019. I. I was deeply astonished and shocked beyond bone marrow when I learnt that my brother and mutual friend, Prince Arthur Eze despite his undertakings at the meeting had reneged his promises on the gentlemanly and brotherly agreement we had and surprisingly surfaced in the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory Abuja, registered and immediately executed the said judgement of the High Court of Anambra State, Aguata division sitting at Ekwulobia. The subject matter of my appeal to the Court of Appeal Enugu, with the sole intention to embarrass, defame and reduce my reputation before the right-thinking members of the public using numerous hired social media platforms. For purposes of clarity, I attached herewith a video clip of Prince Arthur Eze’s donation of N50,000,000 to my political campaign for election into the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to represent the Anambra South Senatorial District in the Senate of the National Assembly, made at St. James Anglican church Uga, Aguata L.G.A, Anambra State. This is contrary to the information being circulated in several print and electronic mediums, as well as social media platforms to the effect that the above sum was a interest-free friendly loan, which is a calculated attempt to defame and malign my noble character and hard-earned reputation. It is shocking and baffling how a man will stand on the sacred altar of God and donate to the political aspiration and campaign of his brother, of which the officiating priest extended a warm handshake of gratitude and appreciation for his kind gesture and later turn around to deny the purpose of the donation. I have deep respect for rule of law and sanctity of our judicial system with an unblemished political career as a devoted public figure, former Governor of Anambra State, former Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and former Special Assistant on Special Duties and Domestic Affairs to President Olusegun Obasanjo, as well as a loving Father, dedicated Christian and law-abiding citizen of this great nation, strongly believe that justice will be done in the final analysis. I, therefore, call on the general public, men and women of goodwill as well as political friends and supporters, business associates and family members, with an enduring passion for justice, fair play and equity, to remain calm.
