The Inspector-General’s Intelligence Response Team (IRT) led by ACP Abba Kyari had on Saturday confirmed his arrest saying Evans is one of the most wanted suspected kidnappers in Lagos and Nigeria. Kyari, who confirmed the arrest said the suspect was arrested at his Magodo residence in Lagos.

“IRT headquarters in Abuja is celebrating the arrest of the most wanted brilliant and notorious high profile kidnapper in Nigeria.


“He has collected several billions of Naira as ransom in the last seven years as the kingpin of kidnappers. “He was arrested at about 1.00p.m on Saturday in his residence in Magodo Estate, Lagos,” Kyari said.

The last victim of Evans was Mr Danatus Dunu who was kidnapped in Ilupeju February 2017 and fortunately the man escaped from the Igando House where Evans kept him with his boys last month.

EVANS GANG MEMBERS:

i. Felix Chinemerem 36yrs Native of ArichukwuOhafia LGA of Abia State second in command of Evans.

ii. NwosuChikodiChukwuma aka Sudo 42yrs, 3rd in Command to Evans. He has over 20yrs experience in Armed robbery and about 8yr experience in Kidnapping.

iii. UchechukwuAmadi Native of Anambra State longtime Evans Boy and head of the detention Camp in Igando.

iv. OgechiAmadi is the woman who rented the house and cooks for the Kidnappers and their victims in the camp.

v. Suoyo Paul aka Nwana 42yrs Native of Bayelsa States Gangmember and Supplier of Rifles and Ammunitions to Evans.

vi. IkennaEmeka 28yrs Native of Anambra State.

The Special Intelligence Response Team IRT in Abuja headed by the most celebrated and intelligent Detective ACP Abba Kyari - has received a lot of praises from Nigerians following recent crackdowns on notorious criminal elements in various parts of the country. The gallant officer, Abba Kyari is pictured in the United States during a vacation.

Abba Kyari, who has been labelled 'Nigeria's Jack Bauer' due to his effort in bringing high-profile hoodlums to justice - was the officer who led to the capture of Henry Chibueze, notoriously known as “Vampire” and also Nigeria's most brilliant kidnapper, Evans who is said to have made billions in the course of kidnapping.

At 41, Abba Kyari is not just the youngest high-ranking police officer in Nigeria, but is said to be one of the most hardworking.

Apart from his success in Lagos as head of SARS for four years, Kyari led the team that helped when the mother of Ngozi Okonjo Iweala, then finance minister was abducted in Ogwuashi-Uku in Delta state. Jide Ojo, better known as Marvelous, Buhari Hamadola, Hassan Oseni, Micheal Ojeabulu,Endurance Eke and Ibrahim Abubakar were all arrested.

He is also linked to the arrest of Olanrewaju John, also called Pastor, Okunola Saheed and Saheed Adekunle after they attacked a bureau de change in the Murtala Mohammed Airport, Ikeja, Lagos, in 2013.

CSP. Abba Kyari also led the Special Intelligence Response Team (SIRT) of the Lagos state Police command, that rescued the 3 abducted school girls in Ikorodu on March 6th, 2017 has met with Lagos state governor, Akinwunmi Ambode who expressed his gratitude after the rescue operation.

As a result of his hardwork, Kyari has won many awards including the IGP Commendation Award for Courage 2012, 2013, 2014. He has also won the Governor’s Award for Gallantry, Leadership and Service excellence 2011, 2012, 2013.

He also Have a Kidnapping gang that Operates in Portharcourt, Bayelsa and Warri Delta State.

He is also said to be the Mastermind and only Survivor in attempted Kidnapping Of Chief Vincent Obianudo the Owner of Young Shall grow Motors in Festac Lagos August 2013.

A freaky accident happened early this morning on the busy Benin-Sapele Road, Benin City, Edo state as a herd of cow rammed into a fast moving truck resulting in a fatal killing of a cow and gushing injuries to many others.

Officials of FRSC, NEMA, Civil Defense, Red Cross, Fire Brigade , Nama Ambulance Services and Animal Rights Society are reportedly rushing to the scene of the incident.

A 26 year old Zimbabwean man was caught while writing final Exams for his girlfriend during the final grade 12 exams. Mkonzi Mbango was dragged out of the exam room after people spread news that Mbango was pretending to be a woman in order to represent his partner.

According to Mbango who said he thought of helping his girlfriend to pass exams because she has been failing for over four years. Mbango has since been arrested.

According to reports, Mbango's girlfriend says she regrets the action taken by her boyfriend revealing that they all agreed to cheat to help each other to pass exams. The girlfriend was arrested and detained for three hours.

A manhunt has begun for a man who allegedly stole phone and other valuables from a young man in Rivers state. According to Chris Martins who owns the stolen items, the alleged thief decided to post his photos on WhatsApp of the stolen phone. Read what was shared by Martins on Facebook..

So, whoever this guy is stole my phone and my valuables. My phone pouch had several of my credit cards, bank debit cards, full British Drivers License, Nigerian Drivers License, business cards and other very important stuff that I hold dear.

The audacious thief was foolish enough to stunt with my whatsapp profile on the stolen phone. This is obviously how I got these pictures of him.

All entreaties to him to return my stolen properties has been to no avail. Honestly, the importance of any phone isn't the monetary value but the value of all the important information I have, stored inside. I need my items back. I don't care about getting him arrested, I just want my phone and my stuff back.

Please help me restore faith in humanity. Help me find this guy. I believe someone on here must know this chap. He must be based in PH City.

A conductor and a passenger decided to show who's the boss as they fought each other publicly in Lagos. It seems the space was not enough for them as they decided to slug it out in the gutter in front of shocked passengers and passersby.

Funny enough, other passengers who were watching - did little to stop the two from fighting as they continued with their brawl in the gutter till they got tired.

This is really funny and also quite embarrassing. Residents of Nakuru’s Tanners area in Kenya were on Tuesday treated to a rare spectacle when a 55-year-old man was found stuck while having sex with his sister-in-law at a lodging in the town.

The father of five had left his home in Kisii supposedly on a trip to Mombasa to purchase a family car after selling a piece of land only to end up in a Nakuru love nest with his sister-in-law who is a student.

After enjoying a night of steamy sex, things suddenly turned traumatic for the two lovebirds when they attempted to disengage..
