This is quite shameful! A Facebook User, Sheyi Sheyor, a student of Osun State University Uniosun, Osogbo has taken to his Facebook page to brag about raping a girl. He revealed the victim in question thought he was a nice person, not until they were together alone in a room, and he raped her.

Online users have been left enraged by this post with many calling for the "head of the young man".

To celebrate his second year in office as a senator, late Senator Isiaka Adeleke had purchased grinding machines, motorcycles, refrigerators and other empowerment stuffs to be shared to members of his senatorial district in June this year.

He died on Sunday morning at a private hospital in Osogbo. He had since been buried in his country home, Ede Osun state according to Islamic rites.

A young man from Ogoni in Rivers state was beaten and humiliated after he slapped a lady whom he saw walking on the street. According to the lady who was questioned about what happened, she revealed that the young man asked her to remove the headgear she was wearing because it bears the Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB symbol -a group which he said isn't registered with Nigerian government.

After she refused to do that, the young man slapped her and stabbed a with a screw driver before destroying her Ipad...According to the lady she slapped the man back in retaliation before residents came to her aid.

When the man was asked by the chairman of the area why he approached the lady, he couldn't give any tangible reason...

For over 20 years, I have tried not to celebrate my birthday. But today I am in the farm not only to mark my 57th birthday but to also share agricultural knowledge and expertise with our people. Up to this moment, many people are not yet convinced about the wealth hidden in farming. While some are scared of its demanding nature, others are yet to understand the importance of farming to ourselves and to the nation.

A journalist with the Nigeria Police Force, Malik Nasir, has revealed his terrifying experience after embarking a mission in search of kidnappers in Lagos creeks. Read what he shared on his Facebook page below;

Sometime in February 2017, one Rapid Response Squad patrol team was attacked in Igbo Nla in Epe. I had followed a back-up team in response to the distress calls. It was one of the swiftest journeys I have ever embarked upon with the patrol team of RRS officers.

With the team, led by its fearless RRS Commander, ACP Olatunji Disu, taking the lead and combing forest after forest to rescue kidnapped victims, it was a very scary operation. I was the only civilian among the team of about 20 men.

Yesterday, it was yet another scary adventure. We had more civilians on a boat ride to the Island of kidnappers, somewhere in the remote creeks of Ishawo. This time, the team was led by the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Fatai Owoseni, with ACP Olatunji Disu in the team.

Among the civilians were the Lagos State Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Habib Aruna, his assistant, Mr. Ekene Okoro, and Mrs. Oluwatoyin Malik, the Crime Editor of Nigerian Tribune, who by fate made the team and I.

Surrounded by heavily armed men, it was a scarier adventure, navigating unknown (to me) creeks of Lagos via Majidun River.

For close to an hour, the team was ferried on Lagos Police Gun Boat from one location to the other until we are joined by more men, who later took fewer journalists to the kidnappers hideouts where about 30 suspects kidnappers had been picked earlier for questioning.
