Christabeliciou: Please I need help. My son was born in 2004, but finished secondary school at 16, was to write Waec at 16 but was told he has to be 18, so he did it by writing 2001 as his birthday. He gained admission. I want to get him international passport, should I put the 2004 which was his real birthday or the 2001 he used to gain admission because he was not up to 18 then. Thanks pls Put his normal age |

Does someone who is going for an undergraduate studies, 17yrs old need a custodian lawyer in Canada to stand for such since the person is not up to 18 yrs. I was told, the fee for the process is $700CAD. Someone in Canada that is helping the person said so. I don't know about undergraduate, please if you are experienced in this, tell me. I eagerly awaits.
Thanks in anticipation!

Firstly if it’s your first degree I would not suggest a college instead pick a university.. Secondly in your financial aspect: Who is your sponsor? How much was readily available in your first and second application? Fawaz12345: Hello everyone! I’ve got rejected twice for Canada study visa here is the rejection letter
First reason • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence. • Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue
Second reason I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence. • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
I also applied for GCMS The applicant is seeking to study in the College Diploma Program at Conetsoga college in Canada.
I am not Satisfied that the applicant would leave Canada at the end of their stay as a temporary resident,I note that : The client is Single,Mobile, is not well established and has no dependents.
Taking the applicant’s plan of studies into account , the documentation provided in support of the applicant’s financial situation does not demonstrate that funds would be sufficient or available. I am not satisfied thy the proposed studies would be a reasonable expense.
Weighing the factors in the application.I am not satisfied that the applicant will adhere to the term and conditions imposed as a temporary resident.
For the reasons above, I have refused the application
Ps- I was 17 years when I got these rejection so I don’t know why they’re saying I’m single and I don’t have dependents
Now my school (Conestoga college isn’t opened for Jaunuary intake now I’ve changed my school to Durham college I hope that won’t be a problem when applying the third time now? |
