And his NDE experience began immediately after that and it was in the course of this terrifying first experience of first being in a very dark tunnel he realised he was still alive in the spirit and well aware of his environment it suddenly dawned on him that the afterlife is real and fear made him cry out in his spirit "God help me" but he thought he also shouted it out loud for people physically to hear.
