It is quite apolly that inec under Buhari administration is a disgrace! 2015 postponement of elections few days to the polls was bad but people had opportunity to reprogram their activities. This year in dc postponed election few hours to the polls, disrupting and disorganising Nigerians. God bless Nigeria.

kismo: I told you guys that I will update you once I am able to get authentic information about this NIS. I just heard from my source that the recruitment has been placed on hold for now. He said they are trying to sort out internal issues first. He said they are trying to sort out the issues of those whose promotion are long overdue but were not promoted. He said they promoted the wrong people. So, they are trying to resolve that, therefore, nobody is talking about recruitment for now. He promised to keep me informed of any latest happening in NIS. This information is from the horse's mouth. Take it or leave it. It is not a must you believe it, but I don't talk when I am not sure of my facts. SHALOM!

Bros, U r very wrong.What do u mean that some officers extorted money from applicant? If any1 is so silly to be extorted by any officer,it has nothing to do wit d ministry of interior or d recruting board. Application can never be cancelled because of such crap. Ponder over ur info b4 u drop dem here. Shortlisting is d reason Y dis recruitment is taking so long, applicants r too much. Thanks

The colume on dat application form requested for "NYSC number", it didnt say "NYSC certificate number". Wat I put wz my NYSC number. Even if dat wz wrong it wouldnt affect d application in any manner.

Does it mean dat no 1 has a reasonable information concerning dis NIS recruitment? I'm tired of people coming here claiming to have first hand information dat never appears to be true. Some one came up here some days ago claiming dat he has a first hand info dat d apptitude test would hold next week while until now, nothing has been heard about dat. kismo: My information is on Nigerian Customs Service. My people, please don't only put your eggs in one basket(Immigration), but also consider other "basket" like Customs. Just last two months Customs employed drivers all over Nigeria. You may not believe me, but I'm sure of my facts before saying anything. The drivers have resumed work. I GUESS THE RECRUITMENT WAS STRICTLY MAN-KNOW-MAN. I will post the authentic information about Immigration very soon. WATCHOUT!

Guddy: Greetings to this great house. Please I have few questions to ask concerning this NIS recruitment. I have a sister who is a barrister that applied (she just finished NYSC). Is it advisable for her to take the NIS offer if she given the opportunity or to continue with the law practice, which to me for now is not really encouraging?
What's the minimum height requirement for the requirement?
How's the aptitude test going to look like?

U mean ur graduate sister does not knw wat she wants to do with her life? It's ridiculous dat u r asking such question. I dont knw Y graduates in Nigeria r dis terrible. Some1 got an admission to study a 5yr course lik law n she doesnt even knw whether she wants to practice law or become NIS officer. It's a sorry situation.
