If he is not innately gifted, he would not be able to go at a certain pace.

If a 4 year old is doing Calculus, he is obviously smarter than his peers in that regard.

Good Universities or Techinical Colleges will make good Engineers.

Graduates from STEM courses in the top schools are solid, as their work involves lots of research.

The budget of Harvard alon in a year is more than that of some Countries.

This prize money seems/looks small to me....the least this organizers should raise should not be less than at least $1k ...if they can reach out to a good project fund raiser they'll definitely raise such an amount....all they need is a conversion proposal to raise 100 donors that'll give $10 each ....if the organizers can reach out I can link them to an expert fundraiser...
