What course is she applying for? I think that's more important due to her score and all. I have coursemates who got admitted below the normal age.

Yes you do, but you need to improve very well with your post utme. I don't really know what the cut off was last year.

. You'll write 4 subjects based on what you registered for JAMB. It was 15 questions per subject. Total aggregate is {

2019/2020 SCREENING EXERCISE FOR ADMISSION



The University of Nigeria hereby invites candidates who had the UNN as their first choice in the 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored 180 and above for screening exercise.



Online Registration
Eligible candidates are required to pay a processing fee of N2,000.00 (Two thousand Naira only) through Remita Platform at any Commercial bank.


The online registration commences on Thursday July 18, 2019 and ends on Thursday, August 22, 2019. UTME screening exercise will commence on Monday, August 26, 2019 and end on Monday, September 2, 2019.

Log on to the University Website: www.unn.edu.ng
Click on UNN portal (Top right corner of the Website)
Click Prospective Students
Select Online Application Form for 2019/2020 Admission Screening Exercise
Enter JAMB Registration Number
Generate Invoice
Proceed to bank for Payment or pay using your ATM Card
Return to Portal
Re-enter JAMB Registration Number
Complete Date of Birth and all other blank fields
Enter O/Level Subjects and Grades (also provide your Centre and Examination Number)
Re-enter your grades correctly
Upload Certificates (Ensure that their sizes are not above 100KB)
Birth Certificate
Local Government Identification
Testimonial
First School Leaving Certificate
JAMB Result Slip
O/Level 1
O/Level 2 (for double sitting candidates) and,
Click the NEXT button


Review Summary Page and check that all details entered are correct

Hello guys I applied for andela fellowship sometime last month...on the 13th of June I got a mail I was among the shortlisted candidates for the next phase of ALC for Android and cloud. On June 17 I got another mail inviting me for scholars onboard call on YouTube. And today again I got another mail inviting me for ALC 4.0 Meetup 1.0 with a form link which I did fill.in the mail I was also asked to join slack work space. The thing is on here everyone is talking about home study test which makes me wonder if I am on the right track... anybody here receiving such mails. And another thing must we learn through pluralsight their is quite expensive

Firstly what you applied for is Andela Learning Community 4.0. Andela in partnership with Google and Pluralsight. It's entirely different from Andela Fellowship. You're not on the right track tho except you want to follow up the ALC, which is beneficial. You don't get to pay Pluralsight anything, your track for cloud and android has been paid for.

Few schools have released their post UTME forms tho. I think the exam will be around August period sha.

Below are the documents/credentials required for the online screening:
1. YOUR JAMB RESULT:
Either original print out or result notification is accepted.
2. YOUR LOCAL GOVERNMENT IDENTIFICATION LETTER:
Simply go to your local government headquaters and request for it.
3. O'LEVEL RESULT:
Either Waec or Neco is accepted.
4. BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR AFFIDAVIT:
If you don't have your birth certificate, simply get an affidavit from any court and upload.
5. FIRST SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE:
If you don't have this, you can use your primary school testimonials.
Make sure you get these credentials ready before August to avoid running in confusion when the time comes.

Oh checked and that's true. I have a coursemate who left there for here because she didn't want the computer engineering. I guess I assumed they were doing only computer engineering. Thanks.

You shouldn't have made that nonsense statement in the first place if it doesn't matter.. Am not from Nsukka but Nsukka people are really cool,calm and civil.. it's not everyone that would have been patient like them all this while..Not minding the number of professors they have, they are yet to get the VC position and they haven't rioted.. Most parts of Nigeria wouldn't have been patience and calm all this while..

I hope that the new VC won't be like his predecessor that is a money bag.. He nearly wrecked that school because of his love for money.. Many students that I know schooling there really complained bitterly about ozumba..

I'm a firm believer of getting the right person for the job tho irrespective of tribe and all. It's a federal school, it's nobody's property irrespective of the number of professors. I know lots of SUG, Departmental, Faculty aspirants that have been asked to step down, simply because they're not from Nsukka, I guess it's a two way thing.

You're right on the last part tho, UNN needs better fixing.

Just as the other guy said, Medicine in UNN is too competitive. Last year, 14000+ people wrote post utme for medicine. Less than 300 got admission, so you see. Honestly if they use their hand and give you course, you won't like it. Change of course is the best option now if you're bent on coming to UNN or you change and apply for another school.


Post utme is 60 questions tho, 15 each. I think it's 1 hr too, can't remember.

To stand a chance to do computer Science in UNN your aggregate(JAMB 60% P-UTME 40%) should be at least 255. Unilag doesn't offer Computer Science tho, it's Computer Engineering they do. The two are different things entirely.

I honestly don't know why Enugu people especially Nsukka people are feeling entitled to the VC position tho. It's a federal university and honestly, I would have preferred an experienced Yoruba man. UNN has been in Nsukka for how many years now, yet it's still comparable to my hometown ni, that's if the latter is not even better.

UNN is honestly lacking various things, hostels are in shambles, security is very bad due to lack of street lights etc.
