Like how minutes will it take them to go to Google and search for how to loose tummy fat? Who also says they have to hit the gym weekly to loose tummy fat?

There are simple exercise you can do 10 - 15 minutes daily to loose tummy fat. The thing is most African women are ignorant of things like this.
