VERY KEY!

1. Make sure you consider the information you fill in the visa form online before you submit. They will background check each information and will ask you questions on those that don't check out. They will ask for evidence on that score either to verify that you are lying or telling the truth!

2. For every information you fill in the online visa form, ensure to have matching evidence with you at the interview. Separate your documents into - Birth, Education, employment, bank, properties - for easy retrieval at the interview. Use different sticker notes to demarcate them.

3. When asked "where precisely are you going?" DO NOT REPLY - "San Francisco California" Look the officer in the eye and say "12 North Edge Avenue, Scotch Plains, New Jersey" (nor go quote wetin i write here o!) Be sure of the address - memorize it with its ZIP CODE.

4. If they ask "where do you work?", Answer correctly and at the same time, push your complimentary card through the cubicle hole to the officer. It worked for my wife!

5. Be composed and look the officer in the eye when they ask questions. Shifting eyes implies there's something being hidden!

I have never been turned down by the Grace of God because i say it as it is while looking them in the eye. My first experience, the guy who gave me, my wife and son visa never asked for a single document. All submitted online information checked out i presume. OK. THIS IS MY JUDGEMENT FOLKS. AFTER CAREFUL CONSIDERATION OF ALL SHADES OF OPINION ESPOUSED ON THIS VEXING CERTIFICATE ISSUE, I HAVE REACHED THE FOLLOWING CONCLUSION.



PRE-JUDGEMENT ANALYSIS.

IT APPEARS THAT THERE IS A LACUNA IN THE AFFIDAVIT DEPOSED TO BY APC PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE BUHARI. TAKING A CUE FROM THE CURRENT VICE PRESIDENT WHO HAD HIS CERTIFICATES 'BURNT' IN A 'FIRE' BUT FILLED IN HIS QUALIFICATIONS BACKED BY "TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN" FROM THE ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS HE ATTENDED, BUHARI SHOULD HAVE DONE SAME. DID HE? NO, HE DID NOT. SECONDLY, BUHARI REFERED INEC TO THE SECRETARY, MILITARY BOARD FOR VERIFICATION. NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THAT TO THE EXTENT THAT THE MILITARY BOARD ARE IN POSSESSION OF BUHARI'S PHOTOCOPIES! DO THEY HAVE THE ORIGINALS? THE MILITARY SAID NO! LET US ASSUME FOR THE SAKE OF ASSUMPTION THAT BUHARI HAD THE CERTIFICATES STOLEN, BURNT, DESTROYED ACCIDENTALLY ETC. SHOULDNT HE HAVE DEPOSED TO THIS IN HIS AFFIDAVIT, BEARING IN MIND THAT THE MILITARY BOARD CAN ONLY PROVIDE PHOTOCOPIES BUT NOT THE ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE? HE DIDNT DO THIS.

OF IMPORTANCE ALSO IS THE FACT THAT THE APC PRESIDENTIAL SCREENING COMMITTEE THROUGH A CERTAIN DR. TUNJI ABAYOMI WAS QUOTED TO HAVE SAID

“While a certificate may unequivocally show that a contestant has been educated up to at least School Certificate Level, his education without a certificate may show, again unequivocally that he has been educated up to the equivalent of School Certificate level. In my view A has not only been educated up to at least School Certificate level he would also be deemed to have been educated to its equivalent. This position finds support in section 131 (d) which neither prescribed a pass which is required for certification nor a fail which denies it. The interest of the constitution is with the level of the education of the candidate howsoever acquired, not the certificate he acquires ipso facto"

I FIND THE ABOVE COMMENTS BY DR. TUNJI ABAYOMI UTTERLY PREPOSTROUS AND AN ATTEMPT TO SUBVERT THE CONSTITUTION OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA. THE CONSTITUTION IS CLEAR ON THIS MATTER AND STATES AS FOLLOWS:

"131 (d) he has been educated up to at least school certificate level or its equivalent"

IT IS A KNOWN FACT THAT A CERTIFICATE IS THE VERIFIER NEEDED TO SHOW THAT A CERTAIN LEVEL OF EDUCATION HAS BEEN ACQUIRED ELSE, THERE WOULD BE NO NEED FOR ANYONE TO SHOW A CERTIFICATE TO GET AN EMPLOYMENT OR ADMISSION INTO ANY SCHOOL. A SIMPLE 'I WAS THERE' WOULD HAVE BEEN ENOUGH. BUT IT IS NOT ENOUGH. WHEREVER YOU GO IN NIGERIA OR IN THE WORLD TODAY, THE STANDARD VERIFIER FOR ASCERTAINING A LEVEL OF EDUCATION IS THE QUALIFICATION/CERTIFICATE THEREAFTER AWARDED. WITHOUT THE CERTIFICATE NO ONE CAN CLAIM HE HAS THE REQUISITE EDUCATIONAL LEVEL REQUIRED OF A PARTICULAR POSITION. THE POSITION OF THE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE IS NO EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE. IT MUST BE NOTED ALSO THAT AT THE TIME OF THIS JUDGEMENT, NEITHER THE APC OR GENERAL BUHARI HIMSELF HAS MADE ANY PRONOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE WHEREABOUT OF BUHARI'S CERTIFICATE, WHICH REMAINS A REQUIREMENT TO VIE FOR THE MOST EXALTED OFFICE IN THE LAND. WHILE SOME MAY ARGUE THAT HE HAS RUN THRICE BEFORE WITHOUT BEING QUESTIONED OR DISQUALIFIED, THE LOGICAL RESPONSE IS THAT IT REQUIRES A SIMPLE AUDIT TO REVEAL YEARS OF FRAUD. ARE THE PROPONENTS OF SUCH ARGUMENT SAYING THIS JUDGEMENT SHOULD BE BACKDATED TO ALSO COVER THE PERIOD BUHARI HAS RUN WITHOUT THE REQUISITE QUALIFICATION? I DO NOT THINK SO AS THAT WOULD BE UNCONSTITUTIONAL NULL AND VOID. IN LAW, IT IS COMMONLY SAID THAT A DANIEL HAS COME TO JUDGEMENT. CONSEQUENT ON THE ABOVE PLEASE FIND MY JUDGEMENT BELOW.

JUDGEMENT:

RTD. GENERAL G. M. BUHARI, BY VIRTUE OF HIS INABILITY TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE THAT HE FULFILS THE STIPULATED CONSTITUTIONAL REQUIREMENT OF "SCHOOL CERTIFICATE" IS HEREBY INELIGIBLE TO CONTEST THE 2015 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS. THIS JUDGEMENT IS BASED ON FACTS BEFORE THIS COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION. THIS IS THE PRAYER BROUGHT BEFORE THIS COURT. NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW IRRESPECTIVE OF WHATEVER PREVIOUS POSITION THAT INDIVIDUAL HAS PLAYED IN OUR NATIONAL LIFE.
