Its obvious that this man wished and watched the boy died in order to gain cheap popularity. Negligence and trivializing fatherly responsibilities over the children because he has bin busy with business engagement and associates. The condition of the boy wouldn't have escalated to death if the father priortize the boys health. Ortom is a blatant failure in public governance and lacks the moral standards to criticise this administration that he also contributed to its failure. He should burry his head in shame.

I think the circumstances around his long stay should be probed by the students human right activist group...if his delay is oceastrated by calculated hatred from the lecturers or school management the body should take legal action and jango should be duely compensated.
