PoliticsRe: Which Way Middle Belt by DanKan0: 10:21pm On Jan 15, 2012
@ OP Lmao wetin concern you with what goes on in middlebelt if you are from Southern Nigeria?

People be talking but they dont know the situation on the ground. None of the fighting is religous but 'tribal over land' and its mainly Jos and Kaduna that has this problem.

Ezillo (Ebonyi) – More than 50 people have been killed,  Saturday, following a clash between the neigbouring communities of Ezillo and Ezza in Ebonyi State.

Vanguard gathered that over 50 people were killed when a group of people from Ezza community attacked residents of neighbouring Ezilo over a land dispute.

Should These guys join middle belt as well?
PoliticsRe: SE And SS Unity Is The Key To Fight The Sponsored Yoruba Protest In SW by DanKan0: 9:55pm On Jan 15, 2012

The question is why are those baboonic i.d.i.o.ts crying more than the bereaved?

The SS and SE that owns the oil are not complaining. If they don't like the new government policy they have the right and are free as air to secede, GEJ will not even raise any finger to stop them because they are of no use to the country.

SE was and is still useful and resourceful to the nation that was why Nigeria from all walks of life fought hard to bring them back to the fold.
Declare Independence please. We wont stop you o.

If not we got the right to complain. And Majority of Nigerians are against this dumb move by GEJ.

GEJ be careful o  cool

They'll probably try calling curfew in some states. But there isn't enough security anyway.

I can see another fake Boko Haram attack as well. So GEJ can clamp down.
PoliticsRe: #occupy Nigeria Activists Arrest by DanKan0(op): 6:34pm On Jan 15, 2012

Beaf and the so called niger delta militants should stop tribalizing the issue. GEJ could never have become president without support from the SW and the north, all the votes from the Ijaw and Igbo alone cannot make anyone president.

Ijaws and Igbos attempting to fight the SW,NC, NW and NE would be a suicide mission. This would be a declared war and not an armed protest like the one they did before where the military was not allowed to use its full might. Because of fear of being accused of genocide.
Let them declare independance no need to fight anything why should we war?  Aint nobody going to be held hostage o.  cool

In order to make one of the choices you listed above, it is first necessary to dismantle the current government. How do you propose that this dismantling be accomplished. Whats your road map for the choices above?
This is the problem. If GEJ wont give us SNC. Let us break up by revolution or whatever. But continuing like this no thank you. cool

koruji, I am a bit more optimistic than you are. I want to believe that GEJ will take the bull by the horns and lead this country into a brighter future. If he fails in this aspect in the next couple of days, the people will rise up against government at all levels and GEJ or someone else will be forced to lead us towards true federalism. There is no alternative to ONE Nigeria.

May Allah transform GEJ into our MLK/Mandela or better yet, our very own heroic Ebele. I wish Ebele success in his duties and responsibilities. Insha Allah, we shall come out of this a better nation.  All those wishing death to Nigeria can go and hug transformers.

The cat is out of the bag, the game is up.
SS boys aint with the rest of Nigeria o. Maybe SE as well  cool . And there is alternative Yorubaland,IgboLand,SS,Hausa land, middle belt.  cool

New York [RR] Niger-Delta–In reaction to the proposed strike by NLC and other groups in the country, the Niger Delta Democratic Coalition, NDDC, at the weekend, warned the leadership of the Nigeria Labor Congress, NLC, to stay far away from the Niger Delta region in its planned strike, saying that the group would “mobilize over one million youths to resist any attempt to enforce the proposed strike action in the region, ”, RepublicReporters has learned.
In reaction Otitigbe Obadiah Oghoerore Alegbe, accused Hausa/Fulani Yourba Oligarchy of mischief-making stating that they feed fat on Oil-production in the region while children from Niger-Delta go bed hungry, while their parents cannot even fish any longer because of massive pollution of the region by multinational oil-producing companies.

PoliticsRe: MILITARY IS COMING IN; BEGINING OF REVOLUTION by DanKan0: 12:53am On Jan 15, 2012
I would suport this if they give us National Confrence within 1 year. Retire every one of those old polticians by force. Let every region NW/NE/NC/SS/SE/SW have free+fair elections within that year to choose their represnatives for how to move Nigeria forward. NC can be broken up further if the people want.

Parnassuss:
I for one totally agree with this suggestion. Let an NL contributor (I recommend Oxy, Gbawe or any other more recognized contributor) be chosen and given the mandate to set up a bank account where we can all pay in an initial fee of, lets say, N1000 as a start up fund solely for the purpose. Those who pay will become recognized as ambassadors and from them a board will be chosen that can carry out these desires we keep expressing but do nothing about. We do not need to be the richest or most influential group there is, lets just try the much we can do and see if it works. This is only if we truly are patriots we all love to profess we are.
This is a very good idea. Mods what do you think?
